those chants tonight were an absolute disgrace. the man has only been involved in one previous match and this shit starts.
along with the boo's at bothroyd in the first half.
for those people who did that, who do you support? Because its not qpr.

Watch the match on stream tonight. Although it was a scrappy win the players certanly don't deserve that neither does Hughes and his team. A disgrace and not worthy of supporting our beloved team.

ellerslie road up at the back. for the first half hour bothroyd was getting booed by half the crowd everytime. he touched the ball,

Seriously, I'm starting to understand why some people are booing. I know it doesnt help at all, but watching that was so painful...we were outclassed by a league 1 team from start to finish. we were amatuer at best. the atmosphere even without the booing isn;t nice, we look incredibly nervous, incredibly low in confidence, the crowd weren't getting behind them at all for 99% of that game.
i didn't even care if we won or not by the end, because surely that performance won't give us any confidence at all going in to the wigan game.
I agree its crazy booing or chanting against hughes though, its not his fault he's adopted this lot!! He must be crying himself to sleep at night wondering why he's come here. even gordon strachan said it.
for the record i thought bothroyd was our best player tonight. and at least we won. somehow.

I heard it as well Hitman, was an absolute disgrace. I thought his subs were odd but I would never boo him for it. In the end taking Buzz off was tactical genius as it made SWP take the corner that we scored from. Great first impressions for Hughes.  Although I will admit to ironically cheering Bothroyd when he was subbed, I never want to see him in a QPR shirt again |

am i the only one who thought bothroyd played well tonight then? thought he held it up and played it around better than anyone else we had out there. i'd happily swap their starting 11 for ours right now though that said, think we'd have more chance of staying up!

To be fair Maude, Hitman did say someone he knew rather than a friend of his!
I sit in SAR and did not hear any booing or chants directed at Hughes.
All I heard was 'We're the famous Queens Park Rangers And We're Going To Wembley.…Wembley…Wembley!' It put a smile on my face on an otherwise pretty dull night of football.
Hughes now knows the full extent of his task for sure now.
First thing Sparky, drop Bothroyd. For all he does holding the ball up and occasionally winning a flick on, he's no threat in front of goal at all and he knows it. No confidence and at times woeful in possession. Cambell has to be worth a chance, if not, Macheda and Helguson have to start until a new striker comes in.

Dreadful night. I agree with jjqpr, by midway through the second half i almost didnt care if we won or lost (although givn a choice i'd obviously want a win)
But isnt the elephant in the room here a feeling that the club made a terrible mistake by dumping Warnock? Anyone agree?
Its not Hughes's fault, but he needs to motivate the team quickly, and we need to get behind the players on saturday. I cant say i feel very enthusiastic though. Saturday is a must-win.

In X block tonight (me and about 15 other people) and after about 3 mins someone was shouting out F**k off back to the sheepsha**ers you c**t and then continued to shout abuse from thereon in. Unreal some of our fans. Hardly going to help with anyones confidence is it.
