Well it does seem that Ecclestone is out. Amitis back. The I% educated guess is Briatore. Nothing in the mirror do I ever believe. It may be correct ut chances usualy they are not. Why would Brie ned !%, unlessits Paladini? Doubt. to have a bit of UK business which he can then help in money sources through his offshore connections, then if he wants to come back a re-organisation. they never give up anything without getting something back. Not an expert on corporate law but know something, that there can be hidden owners who may have a chunk of holdings tha are allowed to be kept anonymous. i read london, that markqpr said that the 1% is made up of all the other shareholders, mark being one of them. makes sense that a lot of people would of invested to make that percentage up. so its all round marks gaff for a drink if this deal goes through. ;D

His contract expires next summer 2012 , up until last week he hasnt signed a new one. He tore us to shreds in that 2-0 defeat last year .

I did say quite a while ago I would like us to sign Gradel but I've changed my mind. He has a bit of a temper and gets sent of quite a lot. I've said his name so many times today but I WANT EMNES!!

Interesting that SSN said last night that Tone has 66% and Mittal 33% but, unless I misheard in my excitement, that Mittal would be Chairman and Tone Vice Chairman. The fact that he has the larger share does not necessarily mean that Tone has to be Chairman.

The fact that he has the larger share does not necessarily mean that Tone has to be Chairman. I heard it the other way round on Sky Sports News last night, but then a different percentage of shares on Sky News not 10 minutes later and other news sources seem to have Bhatia as Chairman! I expect Sakseena to be involved at some level, he was Chairman without owning any shares, so the size of the stake hold is not an indicator of board positions and the press reports simply speculation. There are also two Chairman positions within the set up, one for QPR Holdings and one for QPR FC. For the QPR FC one I nominate Rodney Marsh as Honourary Chariman.

I'm really nonplussed about the Scott Parker thing, wouldnt be adverse to it if we did sign him & not bothered if we dont, we have got enough in that position someone by the name of Shaun Derry who offers just as much fight & leadership as Scott Parker would, but to be fair, I havent paid a great deal of attention to his supposed fantastic performances at West Ham.
We have IMO got enough in our midfield & attack ( possibly a winger wouldnt go amiss ) to be competitive at this level, but the defence is not good enough.

if we sign parker it would be the biggest QPR transfer ever? money wise and stature wise. i ramble, or is it bable.... anyway, gran familio rioja is nice. every little helps. Would be the biggest money wise: Signing Ray Wilkins was big signing. And off hand the biggest I can think of was Dave Thomas - who was a record siging for QPR (and for the Second Division) who at the time had been characterized as "The Best Young Player in Europe"

Defence is our big weak spot, let's concentrate on that and of course getting rid of the deadwood.

Not bothered about signing Parker , blimey KLR that suprises me . IMO as much as admire Shaun Derry , Parker is twice the player ! He puts in a 100% shift every game , he's won endless player of the seasons at West Ham , he could get in any of the top Teams in the Prem at this time , the only reason he hasnt probably is his age . It would be our biggest and best signing for many years ! Of course Defenders are our priority over midfielders but Parker would be fantastic in our midfield.
