Hi Birch
(for he/his Dad does read the blog)
Scott from Virgin here ( well I was when you knew me)
Can you provide facts that the training ground was locked?
As I understand it we owed £38,000 to Imperial College and that was wired in time from Caliendo to ensure the bill was paid and thus there was no issue.
Caliendo isnt happy with QPR right now so, I'm sure he can verify the situation if you want to call him?
You, personally, prove the situation as it's your allegation.
If you do so, I'lll arrange a corporate donation to your soccer school
Put up or shut up
Suggest the latter

He was a player at the time.
He was there, you were not. Players say what they see. It was only a passing comment anyway and not a pop.
This quote seems worse to me:-
"Actually I got told after that had we gone up it could have bankrupted the club because we owed money on player’s contractual promotion clauses and we just didn’t have it."
And you are worrying about a locked gate.

I agree with cpr. Scott, you are talking about a player who has been part of the squad that brought back passion to QPR when we needed it. Part of a squad that has probably given some of us our best moments in the last 10 years. Someone who took less money and turned down the chance to play in the premiership to play for us. To someone who always gave his all for the club. And you have the fcuking nerve to suggest he shut up, because he may have been wrong in something he believed. Who the hell do you think you are.
Stick to posting your unreliable rumours or shut the fcuk up.
I suggest the latter

Heh, It's an allegation that was made in the past with no facts to back it up. Now a bitter ex-player trots this out then, well, that should be backed up shouldn't it?
As for he was there/I was not. I saw the players virtually every one of their working days for 18 months thank you very much.
The offer is still there for a charitable donation if he can prove his story

Enjoyed that interview with Mark he was a very good player for us. I dont know why he would have sour grapes with QPR. In the interview he stated things the way he saw them. That man was QPR through and through. Good luck to you Birchy if your reading.

He said what either he was told or heard. he didn't make it up. What is your point with your comment about being around the players for 18 months? If that means you have proof that he is wrong. Well tell us. Why don't you practice what you preach. You are insisting that he backs up what he says. Why don't you say who your sources are. Birch isn't on messageboards posting rumours about boardroom battles. But you have, so if it's that easy why don't you back that up. How exactly do you know about that and how can you prove to us that it's not just another bullsh*t story. Well?

I'm not alleging anything am I? He is - I'm saying that he is wrong.
And in fairness, considering I saw him take the pish out of Ollie behind his back on umpteen occassions he makes me sick with his BS. The truth is that as an R he walked around LR as if he owned the place, he didnt like the fact that he lost that control when he got found out to be a footballer below our level.
Where did he go and what did he achieve when we booted him?
Again and again he kept and keeps tarnishing his image - the bloke's an R and could have had cult status - deserved or not.
Anyway...
Offer of a charitable donation if he can prove his story is correct still stands.

Still say he was there and you were not.
He says "then we got locked out of the training ground because the bill hadn’t been paid" I would guess they could not get through the locked gates and this was the reason given to him and others, no?
Players being locked out on that day was all over the MB's and press so to me, there's no smoke without fire. Does it really matter? Why pick up on this? As I mentioned in my previous post, I find the comment I mentioned a lot more of an alarming one on the state of the club at that time.
And the club was in an awful state at that time, of that, there is no doubt.

Then you've gone on to attack, disrespect and try to discredit him. Yeah you sure are a piece of work. Unfortunately your attempts to criticise Bircham says more about you than him.
