Welcome to the Our QPR Home page. Our QPR is a new initiative with the aim of paying off the club's immediate debts this season and helping the club towards the aim of promotion back to division one.
The initative was started in December 2003 and has brought all of the supporters groups together with the one aim to help Queens Park Rangers. Use the links at the top of the page to find out more about Our QPR and ways in which you can help this initiative become a success

The Our QPR statement:
"We are at a pivotal moment in the history of our football club.
"On the park Ian Holloway has put together a team we can all be proud of. The future is looking so positive after years of decline. But we all know that the financial position of the club is precarious and threatens to undo all the good work. The debt we are burdened with is such that we cannot get through this vital season without further investment. Yet despite genuine efforts by the board to bring in major new money, none has materialised.
"We are therefore faced with some painful options. Either we see a dramatically slimmed down QPR, both in terms of what it does - the youth team, football in the community - and, even more pertinently, the backroom and playing staff, which could obviously have a disastrous effect on the push for promotion. Or else we the supporters, the true keepers of this unique club, come up with the much needed investment.
"We supporters have already made a magnificent effort, turning up in record numbers, creating a fantastic atmosphere. But now, between all of us, we need to raise a substantial sum to make sure that Ian Holloway can continue to do the job of taking Queens Park Rangers back to the First Division.
"All of the various fans groups - the LSA, QPR 1st, the official supporters club - and indeed the club itself are totally behind this initiative. Ian Holloway has made the first pledge, a considerable sum from his own pocket and large amounts have already been promised from other prominent QPR fans. But we need much, much more.
"We cannot solve all the club's problems. But we can ensure that the push for promotion does not get de-railed for want of this money. "Which is where YOU come in.
"We want you to give as much as you can. No donation is too small and certainly none too large. Your money can really make a difference to Ian and the team, so please give as generously as you can afford, for your club.

QPR fans launch new fundraising initiative
Fans of Queens Park Rangers have launched a massive new initiative called Our QPR, with the aim of paying off the club's immediate debts this season. Our QPR is unveiled with an emergency appeal at the Rangers' home match against Colchester on Sunday 28th December.
Despite QPR's successes on the field - the team is presently second in Nationwide Division 2 - the club's financial situation is so precarious that massive cut-backs and the sale of players are threatened if no fresh funding is forthcoming.
In the absence of new investors, all the various QPR groups - the official supporters' club, the Loyal Supporters Association (LSA) and QPR 1st, the supporters' Trust - have come together to raise the money.
Says writer and broadcaster Robert Elms, a prime mover behind Our QPR: "The support at Rangers right now is amazing, so I'm sure we can all pull together to make sure our manager Ian Holloway can continue the wonderful job he's doing in getting us back to the First Division."
Justin Pieris, Chair of QPR 1st, added: "The Trust is delighted to offer it's support to the Our QPR initiative, which needs the backing of ALL QPR supporters in order to be a success. "Both ourselves and the LSA have been raising funds for some time. QPR's supporters have already responded magnificently to these schemes - and the time is now right to stand together and urge our supporters to dig deep for our club."

Fundraising QPR fans sign Cureton
The organisers of Our QPR, a fundraising initiative launched by supporters of the club, have expressed their delight and pride in the signing of Jamie Cureton, who is in the QPR squad for the game against Notts County tomorrow.
Cureton's signing on a long term deal was financed by QPR's magnificent supporters, through the Our QPR initiative, after a direct approach from Rs Manager Ian Holloway. With the club unable to financially support him in his attempts to strengthen his squad, Holloway sounded out Our QPR and, with the support of the fans fund, managed to do a deal to bring Cureton to the club on a long term deal.
The Our QPR fund donated �,000 towards Cureton's transfer fee and agreed to continue its fundraising efforts in order to pay his wages until the end of the season. To support the deal, an anonymous supporter has underwritten the cost of Cureton's wages in the event of the fund not being able to cover the total costs involved.
Our QPR Spokesman Paul Finney, said: "This is great news for the Rs at a crucial point in the season and we'd like to welcome Jamie to the club that wears the hoops with pride.
"When Ollie originally approached Our QPR and asked if we would be able to help fund a loan player, we let him know how much we had available and he felt he could bring Cureton in for a similar sum. Ollie felt that we should grab this opportunity to sign Cureton and we were delighted to be able to help.
"We're sure that this is precisely the kind of thing we should be doing as part of our stated aim that nothing should get in the way of our push for promotion. For a similar cost to a loan deal, the manager has secured his long term target and the club have added an asset to the books.
"Massive thanks and respect to everyone who has contributed - we should all be proud of what we have achieved so far."
Our QPR is now setting its sights on further fundraising efforts, including next Saturday's supporters' sponsored walk from Loftus Road to Brentford's Griffin Park. QPR Chief Executive David Davies will be joining supporters on the four mile walk with organisers hoping that up to 300 Rs fans will take part, potentially raising �,000.

Marathon man
Martin Shannon ran on behalf Our QPR in The London marathon, here抯 what he said about the day:
Well, the marathon's been like our season. Start off in a state of delirium, carried on just getting by at the halfway stage despite not getting out of first gear, faced a shocking hobble/jog (upset) against the big hitters at the 18-23 mile stage, but with 3 miles to go, saw the light at the end of the tunnel and ran the last 3 miles on adrenalin alone, because of the vocal support of the fans.Hit a cracking pace and sprinted at the finish, to get a medal, but not the winners'.
Hopefully six points from our last two will result in a fair reflection of the marathon, and our season.
The feeling of achievement was worth it, and the QPR fans that chanted as myself and other Rangers' runners went on by, I'm sure helped our cause.
