But the most egregious thing, were deliberate efforts to come onto this board and instigate and fight; rather debate and discuss. And that approach and attitude is the antithesis of what this board strives to be about.

If we were seriously "big-time," I'd take Mourinho. But given we're not, I'd take the "New" Ian Holloway.

Based on what I have seen on TV then it has to be 3-0 vs Sheff Utd, based on reports and highlights on TV then the 4-0 crushing of Swansea and 2-1 vs Cardiff

Based on what I saw on TV Reading away - down to 10 men for most of that game and still scoring a late winner. Otherwise that 3-0 win at Ipswich.

- Most Improved QPR Player of the Year - Strangely gonna go with Hogan Ephraim - I think when he has appear he has been outstanding - no coincidence our good start co-insided with him being in the team.
