In the November of the 1963-64 season at a shareholders meeting. Rolls Razor washing machine millionaire John Bloom seen standing and pointing in the photo, led a potential takeover bid for Rangers and successfully challenged the adoption of the annual accounts. Bloom's attempted takeover fizzled out when his company Rolls Razor crashed in 1964. Attachments:

Why is the bloke in front of him wearing a napkin and holding a steering wheel? I would also suggest the Razor man needs to use one and looks like he's had a couple!
