I'll tell you where I think the line is: There are countless genuine QPR supporters who hold very different views about various issues- including Gianni Paladini. (I'd say that number is definitely skewing to being opposed to Paldini, but whatever). But these genuine QPR supporters are not deriving any benefit from being supportive or critical of Paladini or other matters. These are their opinions come to honestly. Expressing their own opinions.
Now I freely admit that MAYBE the critics of Paladini are wrong. I don't think so. But anything is possible. But they (we?) believe as we do, as genuine QPR supporters. And ditto the alternate viewpoint. In ALMOST every case.

With all due respect, I do think this "character" has lowered the tone of the board. I dont buy all that we all want the best for QPR guff either, some of us do, some of us are reading from a different hymnsheet. Lets just say I am dubious about characters like Nico suddenly posting on this board as well. I think you instinctively know when you are talking to a fellow R, with some of these people such as Nico, well leets just say that I believe "dubious" is a fitting word for how I feel about some of this mob & their intentions. Now, I have the utmost respect for Mike, so I dont want to start any arguments or hostility, but by the same token, as a football fan & especially a fan of a club like QPR, you have to speak from the heart & say what you really think, otherwise, you might as well just go and support Manchester United like the rest of them. I do agree though that this who supports QPR the most / who has QPR's best interests at heart debate is rather futile & pointless & something that will only go round in circles. The Integrity & quality of this board is of a very high standard, so I am going to be keeping an eye on these new posters to see what they are up to, & if they are up to no good, then I am going to launch an even more ruthless counter smear campaign that will make the smear campaign that got rid of Sousa look like a walk in the park.

Klr: You're as entitled to your skepticism - and to express your skepticism - as I am to my "openeness'. I'd totally reject/urge against a smear campaign. Because it's wrong. And the forces of good will win out, To quote Two ex-US Presidents Harry Truman: - Give ‘em hell, Harry,” Truman replied: “I'm going to tell the truth -- they’ll think it’s hell.” Ronald Reagan used to say his Soviet buddies, "Trust But Verify"

I'm not going to launch a smear campaign Mike, because to do that would be to sink down to the level of the scum that were involved in putting in the groundwork before Sousa's shocking & unforgiveable sacking.
I will defend the Integrity of this board if "outside influences" try and come over here & act divisive, if they are over here to contribute with honourable intentions then cest la vie.
I was even going to post on WATRB's . com last night, but that would be just sinking down to the lowest level imaginable.
QPR Report Messageboard is the connossieurs choice as far as I am concerned.

Did I read a line saying we are lucky we have a club these day from HA9?
Why are we lucky? Have we got a club anyway How long for?
I must say, these days I find it impossible to feel gratitude towards those that ruin our club.
How did that "i" get in that word?

Why have we attempted to play without FullBacks for the last 2 years when it was patently obvious to everyone ( including our various managers ) that this was a big problem hampering our chance of progress ? Why did Paladini go out and buy Borrowdale against Sousa's wishes less than a week after Sousa had joined the club ? Why are there so many questions and so few answers ?

Can we put the following orders bit to bed please as it does not stand up. Gianni, brought these people to the club or so that is the story and why some gave him an award. Gianni is very well paid for his role at the club and also gets from looking at the accounts many perks of the club with his car allowance and interest free loans and also fees paid to His wifes company in the last accounts would say he is on a very good package at QPR . There are a lot less well paid jobs out there for people who work for hard bosses. Gianni is free to resign at any time should he wish too. One other thing have people forgot the spin that went on even before the takeover for instance this quote QPR chairman Gianni Paladini said: "After several phonecalls and threats from our own supporters, I have decided not to go ahead with the game.news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/w/wimbledon/5091984.stmOk i do not think for one moment that anyone made a threat to him about his safety or otherwise. I think that fans phoned up and said that they would not renew season tickets if this game was played. So that story to me tells me that the man had no idea how to handle that. And again went for a serious over reaction and to the outside world made our fans look bad. There has been many debates on many QPR messageboards about playing MK Dons and AFC Wimbledon and it is spilt if being honest. Many fans were upset due to the fact that it could so easy have been MK Rangers. Also look at how many sacking were done before the takeover and also people found themselves banned for nothing more than telling the truth. Oh and LDC said this news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/q/qpr/7385378.stmAnd Paladini, who presided over the signings of nine players during the January transfer window, is set to keep what is effectively a director of football role at Loftus Road.
"I am not in a position to know everything there is to know about English players but that is not a problem when you work with someone with the expertise of Gianni Paladini," insisted De Canio

KLR lets put it this way to a certain extent i agree with you, however personally borrowdale gets a lot of unwarranted stick when i have seen him play Thats a personal opinion That is not the point I was making. The point I was making was about the sheer outrageous lack of professionalism that could see a Manager, a double European Cup winner completely undermined less than a week in to his new job, by someone who should never & would never be in a position to make that decision over the head of a double European Cup Winner at any other successful club in World Football. To call it farcical would be to understate it massively, Paulo Sousa behaved with incredible dignity at QPR, just a shrug of the shoulders & a look on his face that said "well, we'll see what happens to that club" To be honest, I'm getting tired & depressed by all these to & fro internet arguments, a simple man can see that things are not right at QPR, its the worst kept secret in British football. Most people are so sick & tired infact that they are at the point of walking away from QPR, & its not one or two like you lot would have us believe, its thousands of QPR fans.

I agree we could do with an ignore option around here.
The quality of the debates has deteriorated around here lately.
the usual quality should be upheld at all costs IMO!
