I agree. You only have to see how the man turned Benetton into a world class F1 team.
By shrewd management, hiring the best people, and winning tactics.
It's a different sport, but I trust him to improve us. And to put the right people in the right places.
I think the Flavbashing is just jealosuy from the same petty idiots who were booing our players a month ago.
Give the man a chance. he has already shown that when he makes a mistake (Ticket prices and Dowie) he is quick to recognise and rectify it.
I am more optimistic under this man, whoever is picking the team, than I have been since Venables went to Spain.

"Flav" lets Dowie buy the players HE wants rather than the players Briatore wants: Watson, Morrison, Hudson...leaves him alone to coach/manage the team...and we get promoted. Maybe not beautiful football. But he appointed Dowie. Having done that should have let him get on with it, instead of talking about "disaster" if hadn't axed Dowie.
