They should be docked ten points though.

They should be docked ten points though. Absolutely, they started the season in admin so why haven't they? They are officially out of admin now, is that right?

they were deducted 10 points last season, you cannot be deducted twice unless you enter a second year in admin...shame that a lot on here want another football club to go bust, i dont remember too many fans at other clubs wishing it on us not so long ago.

Curious, coz I remember quite a few but there you go. They got a 9 point deduction as per the prem rules and started this season in admin and the football league rules state a 10 point deduction. These rules were applied to dirty lids so why not pompey? The same goes for baadiff. Funny you keep interpreting people wanting the rules to be applied as wanting the club to go under, when that is not the case. I don't hink we made these stupid rules that punish clubs that are suffering, even further. I can't hate the pompey scum if they don't exist now can I ;D

stockport were deducted 10 in the first div but because one year had not elapsed when they were relegated they could not be deducted again, this season in div2 and still in admin. next season they will be deducted 10 if they are still in admin. leeds were only deducted 10 points once, the rest was for transfer and financial rule breaking irregularities as was luton. Portsmouths board spent more than they could afford, its called bad housekeeping, we all do it...unfortunately those that are responsible got away scott free, those that suffered were the fans and the staff who lost their jobs...mind you now we are back under a tory jackboot your me me me attitude does you proud......when we had the buckets out it was clubs like luton who put cash in...i think you may find that we may only be one wrong move away from what other clubs like portsmouth and luton have suffered....you sound like the bloke that sings "We ve won we ve won" at 1..0 after 85 mins only to let 2 in in injury time...i keep very quiet when i dont even know who owns our club and when a drummer boy seems to dictate club policy...

What a curious post that is, you seem to read but not understand and create things that have not been said. Try reading again please.

I thought the rule was that you were not allowed to start a new season in administration? Also that if you were relegated the deduction would go on the next year.
