Hmmm interesting depending on what is deemed power.
Was Hitler powerful, or was Gandhi powerful?
Is it power or the amount of power that is important or relevant or perhaps it is how its used. Does money equate to more power, does it command more respect?
And, god help us if Obama is that person perched at the top, for what has he done or achieved to earn this power? And how has he used it to better the world, remember this is not about USA its about 'the world'. Is this the same as the USA proclaiming itself as the supreme nation if it is indeed such.
Or maybe its not about power at all but about influence.
Power can be wielded by the sword or the gun, but it is the ability to change for the good which should be measured.
