I know quite a lot of Arabic but only the insults now sadly. Yep, worked in Persia, those I was with still called it that, privately. Plus an all too brief stint in Dubai.

Congratulations and heres to the next six years Inshallah! Thanks The Old Days! Seven Years... Although to be honest, it's not quite what it was, cos I obviously spend more time on this board and a little on twitter, than the blog. And it's also obviously a very different web than it was seven years ago...Especially with Twitter probably the biggest change.

The irony was that because the blog was founded just a couple months before The alleged Gun/The Boardroom Coup, etc, etc. And so because I started my focused on GIANNI and whether he had been professional footballer, etc, etc, some of the Gianni boys incorrectly (not for the first time) thought the site had been founded to pursue an anti-Paladini agenda.!

Well done Mac for having one of the best QPR sites around. Blog, Forum, Bushman's History Board. Doesn't get any better than that. Happy Birthday QPR Report.

Not the biggest deal. But since I do "On This Day" for so much else, why not for this. The Blog has for the moment, become far less than Updated every day. The Messageboard and the tweets etc, take up time. And the webosphere is someone different than how it was 9 years ago. Update: Nine Years ago, today (June 16, 2005) QPR Report Blog was "born" www.qprreport.blogspot.com/ (and then some three years later - or now almost four years ago - the Messageboard)
As posted couple years ago: Slightly later this month (not sure of the exact date - because things got mysteriously deleted and the records only go back to December 2005) but it was June 2005 when QPR Report Blog was launched. And then a couple weeks later or so, QPR Memories www.qprmemories.blogspot.com/ (which I shortly put very much on the "back burner") I actually first started a QPR blog in 2002 www.qprupdate.blogspot.com but for some reason (I don't remember why) just started it, posted once/twice and then gave up. I think whatever a few of my messageboard "critics"/"detractors" say (or even in a couple of cases, have tried and done), for most QPR fans - even those who have totally and sometime vehemently disgareed with some of my views - QPR Report blog has proved a useful informational tool for QPR fans - Especially those who don't wish to spend inordinate amounts of time on the web for QPR matters. And for me at least, QPR Report is especially interesting when you look back or are searching for some QPR matters. Anyway G-d willing/Inshallah: Here's hopefully to a fair number more years of QPR Report, the Blog.

10 Years Today It's not dead. It's just moribund. Every now and then I post something. But basically with twitter and facebook, and given limited time...just the messageboard and Twitter.
