South London Today
Charlton wait to decide on loan playersThursday, 27 May 2010 By John Stanton CHARLTON have not yet decided whether to try to renew the loans of the players they had on a temporary basis last season. Akpo Sodje’s short-team stay at The Valley was made permanent last week, as a clause in his contract activated a new deal. But David Mooney, Nicky Forster, Gary Borrowdale, Kyel Reid and Matt Fry have all returned to their parent clubs. “As it stands those players have all gone back,” said manager Phil Parkinson. “They’ve all made contributions but until the board confirm what money we’ll have to spend on wages, I’m not in a position to look at bringing players in.” www.southlondon-today.co.uk/tn/Sport.cfm?id=18585&headline=Charlton%20wait%20to%20decide%20on%20loan%20players

For whatever reason, unless I'm blind: his name has NOT reappeared on the QPR Staff List (Helguson and Agyemang, etc ARE there) www.qpr.co.uk/page/TeamHome/0,,10373,00.html

Of course they won't buy him. They know they can loan him for nowt again next season, and the one after that when they still fail to get anywhere.
