As the saying goes: "You're either part of the problem; or you're part of the solution." No prizes offered for guessing which category I think Gianni Paladini fits into!

Change of title isnt going to fool anyone.
This man needs to be removed from Queens Park Rangers Football Club, & if it was up to me, banned from ever going anywhere near Queens Park Rangers Football Club in the future, vile man, vile of affairs.

Great in bed though. History will judge you as one of this mans P*******s whether you like it or not. You P*******d your support for the club in favour of patronage of this man, how many genuine fans would do that ? Not many, only one or two, as is the case. GUILTY! Not quite as bad as P******* Pete, but still guilty as charged.

So Scott, how's your milage now? I ran the Gothenburg half marathon 2 years ago and started training in march, the race was in middle of may. I would not do that with that little training again.
So, what's your mileage now? 30-40 kilometers/week (20-25 miles/week?)?

20 miles/week is pretty decent I would say, just get one or two "test marathons" in there, running the full distance, before the event itself. Just to get the feel of it.

You dont run a 26 mile training run, no one does that, theres no point. Someone like Scott needs to do literally one or two 20 mile training runs thats it, he's not going to win the race, he just needs to get a little taste for it so that he doesnt completely capitulate.

You're probably right klr, but those few 20 mile runs would then be crucial to do. He has to at least try to get the feel for the distance and not "just" get into great physical shape, that's what I really meant.
Otherwise it is very easy to feel great for the first 3/4 of the race just to completely crash the last fourth of it...or so.
edit: sorry for hijacking the thread.

Dave McINtyre/TWitter This, I think, is how it stands: GP's resigned as sporting director & stays as club chairman until his future is decided at the end of March
