One can only wonder and speculate as to where we would be now had Caliendo got his way.
How does it show Briatore is trying to get out?
Might seem to show he may have got in in a less than correct way, shall we say.

Might seem to show he may have got in in a less than correct way, shall we say. Also from his blog translated "Caliendo has hired the notorious English criminal Charles Fussell and Co and the renowned Barrister Steven Gee to start a lawsuit to law firm of Mishcon Reya who, in 2007, he supervised the sale of the club Queens Park Rangers to the Company the Sarita, of Flavio Briatore. According to the Sunday Telegraph, the current legal action by Caliendo seriously undermine current attempts to sell its shares Briatore QPR to a group of concerned American. "After two and a half years of futile waiting, I had to take this action for establishing a possible fraud against me and to recover the loans promised but never paid," said Antonio Caliendo. "I am delighted that the British press you are interested in the conduct of this gentleman, who never contradicted his public statements that it found the majority of QPR for 90 million pounds, which is absolutely false. Dignity is a serious thing! . I have total confidence in English justice, in my lawyers and my cause. ""

I must say, I find it strange that he needs to look outside the boardroom if he wants to sell his shares.

Can we just point out that that is a very dodgy translation and that we do not consider the wonder firm of Charles Fussell and Co to be Notorious English Criminals.... (Just to cover all the bases.... )

Mike I'm sure there was a quote in the paper, maybe a investment/stock quote about the R's, something along the lines of Briatore had bought the club for 90 mill ?
I thought it was strange when I read it at the time...
