Get used to hearing the above 'cos our Nigel is back in Hoops tonight.
Obviously I wish him all the best and I'd love to be proved wrong but this has 'what waste of money' written all over it.

I thought this was going to be a thread about Eastpaddocknutter when i read the title. Seriously though, im not a fan of players coming back. Very rarely happens for them the 2nd time around. I obviously hope he does well but not so sure he is what we need to be honest

Well, he played about six times for MK Dons, and he only went there in November until early January.
He has also been training with QPR for a couple of weeks so I think his fitness levels will be pretty good and hopefully he won't be that rusty either.
Personally, I think he'll be like a better version of Gavin Mahon. Which I think we've also come to realise that we've missed Mahon greatly, especially with Rowly out.

Agree with that. Strange signing to say the least.
Also agree you should never go back in football, progressive football clubs, IE the ones that achieve success dont tend to go down this route.
I'm not sure what you can say about the Quashie signing, doesnt make any sense to me at all, if we havent got any money, then I would rather we didnt sign any players at all & focussed on selling players instead.
We arent going to get promoted, we arent going to get relegated, getting promoted was never part of the plan.
Time to start being realistic instead of swallowing anymore bullsh!t.

I think I know why he was signed but it pays to keep things to oneself at this very unstable time.

this is a [really] crappy copy of the Gallen signing.
'let's sign a former favourite to appease the fans.'
except we all see through it.

I can think of 5-0 reasons why this was not a good move.
