I remember nico quoting about these guys before.
โI didnโt agree to it first of all. What persuaded me was that Kevin and Jason agreed to join the board and I trust them both as QPR fans and quality lawyers
Paladini claiming that the guys helped save the club 400 k etc ...
So at the end of the day - was the land deal conveyed correctly....

I had not seen that Mike, very interesting.
I had heard about the potential legal action, and it is not something I can comment on. Luckily for me, I was very careful not to get involved in the sale of QPR because I did not believe it was appropriate or ethical for me to do so given my role as a barrister (not a solicitor) and a concern about the possibility of conflicts arising given the fact that I was a Director of QPR, with a duty to the club, and the sale after all was between previous shareholders such as Antonio Caliendo and Gianni, and new purchasers. My only involvement was being asked to resign and doing so.
As for my comments about Kevin FloridaR mentions, that looks like an accurate quote and I would not deny saying it. Many people shared the same view. I recall both Paul Finney and Harold Winton praising Kevin for his role in the sale. And Gianni was right to say Kevin saved the club money in respect of a previous issue, although I don't know the precise amount of money but it was substantial. Whatever may or may not come out since (only time will tell I expect) does not mean that someone cannot have done some good before.

I have to agree with you about some people doing good for the club but at the end of the day they obviously got it wrong & inevitably the prolonged litigation will stall all parties that have an equitable interest in QPR.

Is the first 'sort of' confirmation that Briatore is definitely looking to sell?
I'm currently trying to look into QPR's financial matters so if anyone has any actual information, including on ground ownership etc. would they mind dropping me a pm?
On a side note, Caliendo is the one who basically ruined Nii Lamptey's career by constantly selling him to other clubs isn't he?
