I'm done with Warburton, he is totally inept, he is taking payment under false pretences.

One of those days today.
Lots of odd results in every division today. That's the reason why they play the games, though

Yawn! Still only 4 points off the play offs - could be the first team to make it there with 100 goals against. Another day of weird happenings in the Championship all round. Only normality is the start of the anti Warburton C**p from the usual suspect. Onwards and upwards Oh dear never mind, have a lie down and cup of tea. Me, i will say what i feel and have a beer

Their 2nd goal was brilliantly take, but goals 1,3,4 &5 could and should not have been scored. Our back line have as much resistance as the Dutch Army in WWII. I refuse to call them "Our Defence" because it implies they defended.

A few thoughts............... I was listening to the radio reports yesterday and it seems that the team (or the reporters) were confused by just what formation we were supposed to be playing. It seems we were for ever tweaking as the goals flew in. But our better form had come from a return to a flat back 4. From what I heard and seen in the highlights, we did not play that yesterday. I am concerned that every time Warburton tries to accommodate Wallace, we seem to struggle. Wallace was caught for the first goal. Hall and Leistner had their best pairing at Birmingham but were culpable yesterday. But perhaps the problem is more simple than formations. It seems that the team traveled to Birmingham on Monday - based on the Eze interview. They then returned to London in the early hours of Thursday. Presumably they did not full train (if at all) on Thursday and then set off for Yorkshire on Friday. So not much full training, a quick turn around of 2 away games in less than 3 days, a lot of time together in hotels and whatever that entails and perhaps a concentration on Birmingham and a lethergy regarding Barnsley. We looked fatigued yesterday, but it could just be that Barnsley's apparent poor luck of late all came good and that we were on the receiving end. Onwards to Charlton at home.

Good post Ricky. Still Lonegun is right. Our defense can be horrible. We just don't have the skills. Warbs sounded detached in his interview. Chalks it up to Tykes playing harder to avoid relegation. Others playing hard to get to playoffs. What are we playing for.? Structural problems in our club and Board I fear. Anyway probably the best stuff here was Mac's pred of 5-3. He knows that when we get two clean sheets in a row, we get punished. Brilliant Mac I sort of know that too, but then forget in my feelings as the goals pour in against us. Ah well its a long season but we are lacking something important. My cousin in Watford grip is telling me they should have beat Liverpool. In denial as they will probably join us next season. So easily the bottom half od Prem is so vulnerable and Watford has been mid table for many seasons. thats all for now.

Didn’t Wallace and and Hugill start rather than Pugh and Wells. I know it’s a squad game and rotation and all that but still would have preferred sticking with starting with similar team and system to Birmingham. You finally get two wins after no win in about 7-8 or whatever it was, then you change it. Fully get the players might have been a bit tired though but I thought Pugh is starting to look good recently.

Sarcastic ad hominems on this board are not welcome on this board 75. I think you know that but please try to remember. Thank you. Apologies if anyone was offended. I know and will not bother wasting anyone's time again. As a parting comment I do find being told to have a cup of tea and go lie down may fall in the same category but matter closed as far as I concerned. Harsh London... can't see anything in 75's comments that is particularly upsetting/offensive. In fact I thought it was generally pretty good-natured. It's at least worth checking with VAR...

Understand Ashdown thanks. I think VAR would overturn from a red card to a yellow.

To 75 I made an overreach on the "ad-hominem". A response to "the usual suspects" which has a variety of implications. So I really do apologize for the amount of anguish it has caused you. Its in the light of day or few days, when one wishes that a post one makes should have not been made. In fact as I analyze my emotions of that moment I was really in a state about losing 5-3 to a last place team.
I hope you will forgive me and return to your normal status here 75. I also wish you and yours a very happy holiday season. London.
