West London Sport recently revealed that Rangers had rejected an offer of around £4m for Freeman, who moved to Loftus Road from Bristol City in January 2019. Negotiations continued and a deal was agreed on Tuesday for Freeman, 27, to join the promoted club. One thing on the fees bouncing about is that it goes both ways - it's on Sheff Utd to try and show off them spending wisely just as much as it is on us to show we are selling wisely. Likewise, if you are trying to drum up interest, a £3m fee is a lot more hijack-able for other clubs than £6m. Or in short, no-one has a bloody clue, least of all the papers in many circumstances.! Agree with Ricky though, with how edgy the fanbase is, reassuring fans we are getting a good deal for when we inevitably lose our sellable assets is pretty important. I just think that, as a collective fan base, we have the largest selection of Twitter twats out there. Everyone has them but we've got a very loud minority of absolute rotters on there, that's for sure.

Come on Ricky, half of these on WATRB can barely read - and most of the rest won't tackle pieces longer than about 10 words or using words of more than 2 syllables...

Always find people calling Clive a mouthpiece hilarious, you'd only have to read his work for 10 minutes to realise what a stupid idea that is. When the club has done something bonkers or the team have turned in garbage, he gives them both barrels. And when they've done something reasonable, he gives credit where it's due. Man basically bleeds QPR.
