Hopefully they announce that CR has resigned after rethinking the position.

Tomorrow a load of players are out of contract.
I'm hoping that they are players who will never play for us again. That would be a good start.
CR has already said they will begin work on Monday for our new season in the Championship. I'm looking forward to the rebuild.

Mac you are right, sadly Rory they wont. Nomar, expect swp to get a 1 year improved contract along with Hill and Dunne. If that happens then this club truly will have learnt nothing. But I don't think it will happen. Primarily because I don't think this club is even in the position to hand out £65k a week contracts now and I suspect that's what the likes of SWP would want to get to stay here. As for Hill and Dunne, both are great servants of the club but neither should ever put on a QPR shirt in a competitive QPR game again. Too old for the Prem and, if truth be told, too old for the Championship now too. It would be great if Hill stayed on as a coach but his playing days at this level should now be well and truly over. Dunne's knees are shot, its the glue factory for him as far as I'm concerned. I do think the club are going to get things right this time, mainly because the opportunities for them to screw up are mostly not there now. We can't attract big name players now, even if we wanted to, as they won't want to play in the Championship on the kind of wages we'll be offering now. We don't have to worry about trying to shift on our big earners, a problem Harry had last year, because as of midnight tonight they no longer are under contract to us anymore. Big problem solved and we can walk away from their bloated contracts now with no strings attached. For all people's misgivings about Les and Ramsey, which are understandable, they do actually believe in things like hard work, setting standards and club accountability. To them those aren't just trendy mantra's that they print on a poster and stick on a training ground wall and pay lip service to. Those are attitudes and qualities that govern their own lives. Once players realise that those are concepts you believe in yourself and can see that you practice them in your own life they will adopt them too. Dave Bardsley said recently, "Coaching, tactics, yes it matters, but the main thing in football is ramming home the requirements to your players attitudes towards the club" This is the reason why so many good managers have failed here. There have been no standards and no one to enforce the club's requirements on players. Its the reason why players could get fined in training and stick pieces of paper with the fine amount on their backs and laugh and joke about it to their team mates. Its the reason why the club captain can go on twitter and have embarrassing stand up debates with ex club legends and sundry members of the general public all the while dragging QPR's name through the mud with impunity. Its the reason why players can throw strops when they don't get picked/get subbed/asked to come on as a sub and end up either catching a bus home or having to be sent back to their parent clubs. Its the reason why a respected experienced manager can go on national telly and disclose the salaries of the players he accuses (rightly) of underperforming. Or why the same manager could use the national newspapers to respond in childlike fashion to a player he called fat in public, who in turn had used the same newspapers to respond to the initial barb in equally cringeworthy fashion. Right now getting that culture instilled in this club and its players is far more important than any genius coming in and writing X's and O's on a board. Because until that element of the club is right players won't run through walls for each other, the fans or the manager, whoever he is.

I for one am fed up with all the crap that comes out of Loftus Road. I dont want to hear any more lessons learnt because clearly you have not. No more work begins on Monday and moving forward. Shut up bloody talking about and get on and do it.Sadly once again we have got what Tony thinks the fans want and he so far wide of the mark yet again.I have now come to the conclusion that the clear out has got to start at the top and filter down to lower levels. If it does not we are in for a very bumpy ride and I really fera for the club, I honestly do.

I'm hoping that one of the first moves is to put Gnanalingam in as chairman and TF to go to the back room. Gnanalingam will keep a much lower profile than TF. If TF stays I want him to listen to Les when he tells him to stop tweeting about QPR. I don't care about him tweeting about Air Asia and Tune group but just, please, shut the eff up about QPR. I know things look bleak tonight but I do sense that this is a pivotal moment for QPR now and for the first time in years I actually believe that change for the better is coming.

If SWP got a new contract Fernandes could expect to lose some more of his loyal followers, followers that are slowly starting to wain after constant lessons learnt and deleted tweets.

The first change should be this.... Drop the old oak project and state that LR is our home for the imminent future. The second change should be... The club will not proceed in its vision of premiership stability until it has secured championship stability. The final change should be... Get Barton the fuvk out of our club. Easy peasy

Easy peasy Part three I hope will be announced in the coming week matey As for part one, OOC is the only reason this consortium are even still here in my opinion. I can't see them dropping interest in that site and then looking elsewhere for somewhere that doesn't involve some multi-use media venue with added on hotel and all that cr*p. That wouldn't suit them at all

I think Ramsey needs to come out and say what he wants to do as a 3 year project and the club then needs to back it. I think it will be a give youth a chance policy which if we keep them instead of selling them, it might work. Basically anyone over 32 needs to be shipped out.
The club need to announce a new wage structure, say 30k per week and a big benefit in bonuses on achievements made. If players dont like these sort of wages, go elsewhere, the A League is a good place. Obviously talent like Austin are probably going to move on sadly but if he could be kept and again, make up for the drop in wages by the bonuses. Performance encouraged.
I believe this sort of transparency will keep the arsehole type Agents away from us as QPR must currently be seen as an easy place to score stupidly high contracts.
As mentioned earlier by others, discipline and and sense of purpose need to be brought in and enforced. No more of this twitter crap and attitude crap. Oddly enough Holloway brought that back. It would be nice if Ramsey got rid of Bond and whatever it is he does and bring in a guy that wont be taken for a mug by the players. Ramsey could be the good cop. I am not impressed with his results but he has had one hand tied behind his back. If he really does bring in youth, give ghem a chance and keep the better ones, I could live with that.
Let's get a firm solid foundation in place and then look at where we stand.
