We don't need strikers is what I would say. Defenders and creative midfielders yes. We have two strikers who, if you can get the ball to them in the box, can score goals. Zamora and Austin are both superb in the air yet we rarely get crossed into the box.
Remember last season? Remember the crosses Matty Phillips put into Austin that ended in many goals? We need to do that again, we just set the team out totally wrong.

Shouldnt be. At least based on Income/Expenditure since promotion.
Got the full gates/the sponsorship - and the big, big TV Money
And expenditure of transfers not THAT much
Obviously wages - And other NEw Stadium/Training GRound expenses/lawyers/PR Firms/ etc
And all previous seasons losses (and FFP problems). But just on the spending for this season...should be doing well

No point getting any in anyway. We're down.
Time to plan getting rid of the rest of this overpaid shower of sh*te and get in players who have some pride in pulling on a QPR shirt and playing for something other than just money.

imo it was the wrong starting eleven, it should have been the team that we ended the match with, but what do i know, i am not the one getting paid phenomenal amounts of money to be our so called manager making these decisions on team selection etc, no doubt it will be the same old comments from Arry, we worked our socks off, at 2 1 we were still in it, blah, blah, bloody blah, fed up with all his excuses

I think alot of those Players would be performing better under the right leader , sadly we don't have that .

I think alot of those Players would be performing better under the right leader , sadly we don't have that . then you have to ask yourself why they are not performing to their true potential, surely it lies with the management and the coaching team

I could imagine Tony would gamble - even making Les Ferdinand till end of the season. He could then bring in Sherwood as his Assistant. At some point Surely, the change gamble is better than sticking gamble. But it is a gamble...

We don't have enough speed on offence, and can't produce enough scoring plays. I think in first half we only had one shot on goal. That pushes the midfield into a defencive stance, and pushes the back four back toward goal, and they get worn out, leaving so many holes for faster teams on attack. They all seem to be faster than us. The point Im making is we cannot compete in the Prem. Watching Harry, I can see he feels the same way. Getting the season over is what he wants. So do I.

I know its boring but if we need points away from home why not play an out and out Sweeper.

Because none of the overpaid coaching staff could come up with such an intelligent idea. Want a contract Chaz?

Yes Andy I would love the Contract and the Money they are on, as 3 Days a week for my pay is hard. Yes we should play a Sweeper to pick up the odd Points we need away from home and a quick break away may get all 3 Points. Even Rodney Marsh has said play 4-4-2 I agree with him but I would play a sweeper 1st then 4-4-2

I am sure the QPR coaching staff know more about the game than Rodney - NOT!

I don't know. It is impossible to get the Club itself in focus these days. Not for us. We can see what an utter shambles it is.
But for them.
Trapped, as they are, between their own vast earnings which are utterly undeserved - Fernandes reportedly paid Ecclestone £35 million FOR WHAT?
And the enormous losses which every regime just loads onto the Club without any sense of shame or self-disgust, or even any idea how to EXPLAIN WHY they are so clueless as to spend - and pocket - SO MUCH MONEY for so little in return!
To achieve absolutely bloody NOTHING. How ARE they to make sense of it? We're crap, but we don't mind going on enriching ourselves while the supporters suffer and the Club is crippled by the sheer incompetence paraded at QPR as if it is some perverted alien beauty contest.
How do they reconcile all the reassurances, all the claims that they are clever, they know, they can do it, we can trust them, with the reality of god knows how many relegation struggles over the past decade and more.
The laughably incoherent way we go about 'team-building'.
Their earnings always vastly exceeding their talents.
How do ALL these people have so little to offer that nobody can even work out what they are TRYING to do. Enormous playing squads, any number of coaches and trainers, and all these useless people on the Board - what on earth are THEY actually DOING to justify having any of them around?
Always vastly exceeding the Club's income, but never willing to take the hit financially themselves. While we're subjected to the claptrap hype from successive regimes about the Champions League (Bhatia and Briatore), 'world class talent' (Fernandes) and a 40,000 capacity stadium (Beard).
How do they always know the future, but can never make even the simplest decision about now?
The billionaire Mittal is parked in the boardroom (or on the shareholders list anyway) but we aren't competing with Clubs with comparable individuals on the Board (City and Chelsea).
It is all like this. Redknapp looks defeated, talks big, and sounds by turns sullen, uninterested, confused, defiant and bored. Once again, we're told the manager will get it right, but once again, where are the signs?
We don't bother with kids. We sign experienced players. Not good ones. Because we've been in a hurry for 20 years to be big shots, so we can't learn, can't start at the beginning, can't develop anything from the bottom up. And we certainly can't learn from our mistakes.
Big talk about brands, sky high ticket prices in the second tier, changing the badge, the ground, the shirts make me want to throw up (remembering how good we used to be in the old ones, as well as liking them (or almost anything else) better than the ugly junk they turn out in now), QPR shirts with Air Asia on them, Air Asia planes but is QPR on them?
We get the worst out of managers who aren't world class or champions league by any stretch of the imagination, but who did okay elsewhere.
If every promise and reassurance came with a price tag, so the players and managers and chairmen had to pay enormous sums out of their enormous financial interest in the Club every time they said they were good when they weren't, they would deliver when they didn't, it would be different when it isn't ... I wonder how sure they would be of the Champions League, the 40,000, and the world class talent then?
Is it all fantasy because it never costs them anything?
Instead, they dump the cost of all the two-legged disasters onto the Club, and because of this, not they, but the CLUB may be crippled with FFP restrictions.
Why? Where are the profits from all these football businessmen? Where are the deals? Why are the agents and players so easily able to guarantee their own pay, with no requirement to deliver money's worth, while the posturing big shots running the Club can only rack up more and more losses?
Do they run their airline like this? Vast wages, enormous debts, totally unable to compete, bumping along the bottom virtually all the time?
Why do they get all the money, why are their deals so lucrative for them, why do they seem to be successful at everything except football, and still try to kid us that they represent QPR when even the Club's shirt is about something else.
How could anyone sort it out? We are just a football club, nothing else. Why all the overpriced freeloaders when the Club earns £60 million just for being in the top flight?
I can see why a Club might recruit good people. And why it might fail with sincere, honest, but untalented people. Because it is too poor. Too small. Has too little money. But we're awash with money and losing MORE money on top of it, not to keep the world class talent and our champions league place year in and year out, but to keep nothing, to reward nobodies, to perpetuate a vacuity that lacks intelligence, purpose, insight, understanding, shrewdness, know-how, experience of any value, knowledge of the game, or the dignity of knowing what we're learning and how far we have to go.
£178 million in the red for THIS? Have they no shame? If they can't perform, do they have to be quite SO greedy? Or is it just every man for himself?
We can understand that. But if they're all for themselves, and they're entitled to be, why pretend any of them are for QPR?
We go through this tripe year in and year out. And they go on telling us that this time it's different.
I'll believe in them and that the Club is safe in their hands when THEY lose money when they get it wrong.

We are the only team where a Manager says at every oppurtunity we need more pace and don't get any wingers in a whole transfer window and concede so many goals but don't loan a Defender in . All I see is a slow sluggish QPR letting in heaps of goals still and when it comes to those 5 crunch away games , I am not sure our coaches will get them motivated enough . What with that and the extra pressure at every away games we are deep in the mire .
