Adel made a very good case for starting in our next game. At least he made an effort. nice shot from long range too.

insert code here Ned happened to be in the goal mouth in a position that Ferdinand should have been in. Unfortunate goal from a blatant hand ball that God knows how the Referee and Linesman missed. I wonder if you'd be saying the same thing if Ferdinand had been there and scored the own goal. Yes I would, how did they miss the hand ball? If Rio was in there, then he would have been doing his job and in fairness he would have been just as unlucky for the OG.

We have two weeks to get all players fit and playing 4-4-2 at least.Liverpool are beatable imo. Barton back, Sandro match-fit, Adel 2 weeks leaner, Vargas and Austin getting to know each other better. Should be the kind of time we start clicking and, Liverpool are beatable. Minimum of one point needed.

I would like to see Adel on after this weeks performance, makes this team much more aggressive. Barton needs to be back as well, this team needs a leader. Mutch also made a case for himself in his performance. Need to make sure they get the right squad for Liverpool and move forward from there.

I'm not even sure REDKNAPP knows who is best team is. Liverpool defence is leaky but ours is leakier, in my thinking they will still outscore us sadly . Might get some points against Villa or a poor Newcastle side but see nothing coming from Liverpool, Chelsea or Man City . Let's not forget we couldn't beat Hull or Stoke at home, two teams who will probably be battling quite close to us so a Liverpool win looks wide of the mark. Redknapps only managed five wins as a QPR Manager and only one against a Top 6 Club . Forgive me I won't get excited just yet fellas

Another great monster performance shame he got injured , would have won that game maybe . Not sure why wasn't used as much at start of season . Likewise Yun but think he was late from Wc and had a knock .

Pity he had to go but I think the big change was Liverpool dropping Gerrard deep and closing out Zamora more. Despite all the "'arry doesn't like him" posts Yun has actually been injured with a knee problem I understand and played some time for the EDS and the closed doors game with Wolves to get fit. He looked at home yesterday - apart form the first goal Yes fully understand Yun has not really been available so can't blame Redknapp for that Do blame him sticking with Ferdie though and not using Nedum enough and playing MP every darn game. Yun was very pleasing to watch, hopefully now can cement a regular starting place. I know it's depressing to mention but we actually got nothing again though to show for it, not sure how but we did.

From getwestlondon www.getwestlondon.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/qpr-defender-sets-sights-playing-9505173?QPR defender sets sights on playing till heâs 37 - like his Manchester City hero10:00, 23 JUNE 2015 BY PAUL WARBURTON Onuoha reckons Sylvain lining is there for taking Nedum Onuoha wants to emulate his idol and carry on playing until heâs 37 and beyond. The QPR defender plans to take a leaf out of Sylvain Distinâs illustrious career and continue for another decade at the top of his game. The 28-year-old Ranger has totted up an impressive 232 appearances, including 84 for Hoops. But thatâs dwarfed by the 689 piled high by the Frenchman since his first season back in his native country 18 years ago. Distin might have been released by Everton (see gallery) but that hasn't diminished his former team-mate's admiration for him. Ouch! Tottenham Hotspur's Nacer Chadli (R) feels the Onuoha force Onuoha believes doing what his former City colleague does will help him remain fit while extending his career. âSylvainâs only now starting to miss a few games at 37,â Onuoha said. âAnyone older than you and doing the same things as you, you have to figure what it takes.â The Rangers player has suffered his fair share of hamstring injuries - the stumbling block of all players blessed with great pace - ask Michael Owen. As a result, Onuoha has no qualms picking up snippets of fitness training from his contemporaries, including another with whom he did time at The Etihad. âSometimes itâs good to ask and get insight on different styles of training," he said. "You take, Gareth Barry, he got injured for a week, and it was his first hamstring injury at the age of 29 when at City and I was speechless.â
