Forget the incoming players for the moment. How much do you think we have shaved off the wage bill this year?, must be a huge figure.

Considering Cesar, Granero and probably Remy are all gone it would be a nice chunk of change. I don't think any of the new guys even make the lowest of those three.

Done some number crunching and i reckon a saving of around 525,000 a week! Which equals a cool 27million a year. This includes our contribution to all our loans last year.

Add even the 'smaller' salaries such as Maiga, Keane, Dellatore, Doyle and then the likes of Johnson and O'Neil.

Then add on Taarabt for another 3 million! Taarabt can still play in the Premier League. SWP has been happy to have spent the last 5 years picking up millions of pounds for sitting on various clubs benches whilst doing as poor a job as possible of resembling a professional footballer as anyone possibly can do. He's nowhere near Premier league standard. Probably so rusty now from years and years of non playing that he would struggle to get picked for a 5 a side game if his own Dad and brother were picking the teams.

Couldn't have put it more accurately if I tried. Or should I say factually?

He's nowhere near Premier league standard. Probably so rusty now from years and years of non playing that he would struggle to get picked for a 5 a side game if his own Dad and brother were picking the teams. I was not talking about SWP but what exactly has Adel done for QPR since the first promotion winning season. Got a massive pay rise rumoured to be £65k per week and spent most of his time trying to manufacture a move to PSG or AC Milan and sulking when it does not happen. Sure he can play in the PL - so stand up and get on with it at last or get out. We have paid enough for his potential now its time that he used his ability. My point was that Taarabt can still potentially offer something to the team. SWP genuinely brings nothing and has nothing to offer us or any respectable Premier League side. The fact that Harry has told this parasitic waste of space to find a new club as he won't be in our 25 man squad is sweet sweet music to my ears. Even if we have to pay him off (and no doubt we will have to) it'll be worth it just to cart his under sized arse off the books for good.

I'd rather have seen Paulinho at the R's. Sandro wasn't wanted by spurs new manager, suppose time will tell if the guys same or better than Barton.
