Just love his honesty. May cost him his job at the end of the season but if Harry is to depart I Would love him to come to QPR. Young, ambitious no respect for reputations and willing to give youth a chance. Also likely to bring Sir Les with him!!!!! P.s By saying that I'm not asking for Harry to leave ok FABS? ?

Not a big fan myself, disaster waiting to happen. Why Rory? ? I can see why some people like him because of the honesty and passion but I can also see that quickly becoming a problem with players, he's already got in a fair few arguments with Spurs players. Can't help but feel that he only does it to make up for his lack of actual tactical and managerial skill. Bare in mind this is the same Tim Sherwood who single handedly persuaded Levy not to sign Luis Suarez a few years back...

With Rory on this one .. Doesn't instill any faith in me , would love holloway and jackett back as a team in an ideal world should Harry leave! .. Will never happen though

P.s By saying that I'm not asking for Harry to leave ok FABS? ? Is that completely necessary? This may surprise you, but I'm not particularly pro Redknapp.

I'd like Chris Hughton here to be honest.

I'd take him over Redknapp , I want Harry to go whatever happens , he will just fill the side up with 30+ has beens , Rio Ferdinand ? God No ! At least with someone else in charge we have a chance of bringing through the younger players . Would only keep Morrison out of the current loanees !

If promoted, I would take Sherwood in a heartbeat. He's gotten the most out of several players, especially Adebayor. Also he is given several youngsters chances with the team. Spurs are definitely playing better since appointing him.

Whoever we get, I just hope there is some form of succession planning and we have some 'QPR experience' within the management. Managers tend to be allowed to bring in their own squad and we have seen that with Harry and his merry men and also David Moyes who removed all the Man U backroom staff to replace them with Everton cronies.
Would Sherwood bring Sir Les? Who knows..... but to my mind someone like him, if he has the ability of management (most ex-players don;t make it as managers) then we could start to build a QPR management dynasty.
I think it is no co-incidence that the juniors are doing well under Paul Furlong.
A management team of Sherwood underpinned with Ferdinand, Birch, even Gary Waddock who was just a Briatore puppet when in charge a few years would be a step in the right direction from a strategic long term perspective.
