Great result. Really is Liverpool's t throw away now. I really hope they win it, staring with killing off Norwich tomorrow.
Chelsea will have to go all out to win at Anfield next week which will play into Liverpool's hands. Also hope Man City pip them for 2nd.

Although happy to see they will not be winning the Premier League this season my feelings turn to the disgusting behaviour of their management team and some of their players.
Mourinho's assistant(sorry I don't know his name)should have the book thrown at him for his actions towards the referee. But I'm sure the FA will bottle it as they always do when it involves one of the big clubs. At a time when they ask parents of youth teams players to fill in an online questionnaire about respect and behaviour I find it very strange that they don't clamp down harder on managers, coaches and players who behave in the manner of Chelsea today because kids watch these games on TV and if they see that that kind of behaviour is excepted by the governing body then us involved in youth football have no chance of teaching them and parents the right way to behave. I'm glad that Mourinho came out and in his indirect way criticised the Ref today as hopefully Mike Dean will now come out and say he didn't see the Ramirez's forearm smash and it will be handed over to the disciplinary panel to sort out resulting in a 3 match ban for violent conduct. He is a disgusting player and I would love them to make a real example of him.
These pressmen and pundit who we're wetting themselves when Mourinho returned to the EPL should now turn their attention to how he has manipulated the use of the press conference to deflect the attention away from the action of his staff and players because you can guarantee tomorrow there will be very little mention of his assistant's behaviour or that of Ramirez.

The scum should have won that game but 6 or more goals. Their own fault. Dubious penalty at best thoug but then who is it Mike Dean supports again?

Good points there Wren. Besides Chelsea losing today not much has been made of Sunderlands bravery both there and at Man City. Different to the back end of our last season. On Chelsea's behaviour, it was exactly as you say. They don't like it up 'em do they. Ramirez eh! If that had of been Suarez.

From the BBC www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/27133571Jose Mourinho among Chelsea trio handed FA charges Manager Jose Mourinho is among three Chelsea staff charged by the FA in the aftermath of the club's Premier League loss to Sunderland. Assistant manager Rui Faria and midfielder Ramires have also been charged following the 2-1 defeat . Mourinho has been charged with misconduct in respect of the comments he made post-match. Ramires has been charged following an off-the-ball incident with Sunderland's Sebastian Larsson Ramires has been charged with violent conduct, while Faria has been charged with two counts of misconduct. Mourinho refused to take questions after the game against bottom club Sunderland, in which his unbeaten Premier League home record as Chelsea managed ended. However, he 'congratulated' both referee Mike Dean for his performance - which he described as "unbelievable" - and Mike Riley, head of refereeing body Professional Game Match Officials Limited, in a television interview. After considering the remarks, the FA alleges that his comments call into question the integrity of Dean and/or Riley and/or bring the game into disrepute. Mourinho has until 18:00 BST on Monday, 28 April to respond to the charge. Brazilian midfielder Ramires, 27, has been charged following an off-the-ball incident with Sunderland's Sebastian Larsson, which was not seen by the match officials at the time but which was reviewed by a panel of former referees. Chelsea 1-2 Sunderland: Jose Mourinho 'congratulates' referee He has until 18:00 on Thursday, 24 April to respond to the charge. Meanwhile, Faria's two charges follow an allegation that he used abusive and/or insulting words towards the fourth official and that his behaviour after being ordered to leave the technical area amounted to improper conduct. The FA designated this as a non-standard case due to the aggressive and/or threatening and/or serious nature of the reported behaviour. Faria, who had to be restrained from confronting Dean after Sunderland had been awarded what turned out to the match-winning penalty, has until 18:00 on Monday, 28 April to respond to the charge.

Two worst clubs in England: Chelsea and Millwall. It's a shame they don't play each other very often. Can only hope for the day the Roman Empire falls and that rubbish club goes back to their mediocre ways.

I have just heard on BBC News that Jose can't complain as they lost to the better team.
I don't know when that has stopped him in the past!
Thank you Atletico. you have just returned to the status of my favourite Spanish club!
Hope you win the double.

Have to say, I've been getting heartily sick of EVERYONE on TV, radio, newspapers jumping on the 'Mourinho is the best tactical coach in the Premier League/Europe/the world/the universe...'
It's always the same, someone says something, every two-bit pundit then repeats is it ad nauseum, is if they have some fantastic insight/knowledge.... Let's hope they all shut the f*** up now!

Love him or hate him but Mourinho is very good at setting up a team to get a result. The problem I have with his style of football is it's boring to watch and then when the tactics or system don't work he blames everybody else. I agree with you over the press and pundits they wet themselves when ever he gets it right but are not always so quick to criticise when he gets it wrong!!!!
