Man City can only get a point against Sunderland leaving them 6 points behind. I've rarely been so behind another team as I am behind Liverpool this season. I'd love it if they took the prem his year.
Up yours Sir Bernard.

No team deserves it more than Liverpool this year. Have been an absolute joy to watch, with a good number of youth in and around the team too.
Brendan Rodgers deserves Manager of the Season award hands down. Fantastic manager.

I grew up despising Liverpool because of '76 and their metronomic winning of everything but the poignancy of them winning 25 years after Hillsborough is hard to argue with.

I can almost see Chelsea pipping them to the title. Liverpool do look focused and unafraid, though, which is so refreshing to see in a team challenging for the title. If any player deserves it more than Gerrard then I've yet to see him. Pulis has to be manager of the year though. The turnaround he has achieved there without buying a whole new set of players is quite phenomenal!! Look at their squad on paper and they have no business being in the Prem. Just goes to show what can be achieved if you get players with the right attitude who are prepared to buy into the manager's vision and play for each other. It makes me sick when I look at Palace in mid table safety and think of the absolute shambles we made of the top flight with a much better set of players. Past is the past and all that, but it still galls me how little of anything those useless ***** gave to try and save our season. Truly one of the most shameful campaigns in Premier league history.

Never liked Liverpool as i was growing up, probably cause they won everything. Amazing what success does. Shocking that a club of their size has not won the league since 1989. Everyone completely forgets Heysel. Commentators to this day still bleat on about their knowlegdeable fans and the atmosphere, no atmosphere whatsoever last 2 years i went there with Rangers.
Deserve the tiltle this year if they win it, playing some good football.
