April 1969 QPR's penultimate game and final Home Game of the Season. After 3 wins in 40 games and with 16 points, Les Allen's QPR played their final home game in Div One. (One away game at Chelsea to follow) before our relegation.QPR beat Stoke 2-1 (Stoke with Gordon Banks in goal). At the start of the next season we had the article based around Kipling's IF.
