Within the next four weeks - after consultation QPR chairman Tony Fernandes confirmed on Twitter on Friday that the club will be changing its badge. The current design, introduced by former co-owner Flavio Briatore, has been unpopular among many fans. Fernandes said fans will be consulted and suggested the new logo would be largely based on a previous club badge. “I can confirm to all QPR fans that we will look at updating our badge for 2015 season,” Fernandes tweeted.

That's what someone else tweeted also (perhaps a little less nicely) But as I responded QPR REPORT qprreport 5m @theloneranger00 If you don't ask, you tend not to get answers! And if you say "Just leave it to the club" - Well that's always worked out? And when the club chose not to answer my first two inquiries as well as my posting on this board - and I'm reasonably sure they read the tweets: Well there are two possible approaches: I could just drop it; or I could ask again (and if necessary again and again) As President Reagan Said about the Soviets "Doveryai, no Proveryai" ("Trust but Verify") Wonder where they are in the process - and of course that they don't forget to include Fan input. |

The Club committed itself to consult. So they have to consult. If they have done, I havent seen anything I'd ask again, but I'm sure the club will first ignore and then try to disparage! But if it's not announced soon, I'll try again. Wasn't me that said had to be done by the end of February...! |

Don't get your hopes up that it will happen this month. If I'm not mistaken the February deadline mentioned was if we wanted to get it done for next season but TF has said on London Call-In since that we won't have a new badge for next season. If I remember correctly he also said our kits (Nike as of next season) are a bit shit next season as they couldn't prepare a proper hooped design for us in time.

Cheers" (So Tony said something that turned out to be not the case?!)  Don't get your hopes up that it will happen this month. They couldn't design, a multi billion corp were talking here a proper hooped shirt in time, how hard can it be? and what does this mean they couldn't design a hooped shirt, are we getting a kit change through the back door here? if they change our kit i will go down lr and chuck a fuc*ing great brick through the superstore window, happily be arrested for it then withdraw my support and go watch a non league club TF warning to you if you change our hoops you best leave the country. |

In fact thinking of it, i will not stop supporting Rangers, cos i will support another Rangers, called AFC Queen's Park Rangers (notice apostrophe)

Nice one bushman, voice of reason, i just get a bit emotional when it comes to the thought of kit changes, i jumped the gun, if its shit why not wear an old retro kit then with the nike logo, then when they get there acts together we get a proper hooped design for the season after. |

Why is he allowing a shit hoop design? Dont want it. People wont buy it. Thats a whole season of shirt revenue down the drain. Cant see the great business man having that as part of his business plan. Im not buying it .  |
