Rory, i think Mackie's a top boy (especially how he has delivered being our super sub this season) but as far as SWP is concerned i do think he is trying as hard as he can, maybe too hard!!, i do not think people can class him in the same category as our ''skipper'' who has probably caused untold damage in our dressing room and who just sees our club as a payday!!!
Appreciate the fact that you have called Mackie well and been proved right all season.

Cheers, Jay He's been awful, unbelievably bad, its been like a bad joke trying to watch him supply a cross good enough to beat the first man game after game after game. It's insulting for us as fans to have to watch this, he should have been dropped three months ago. Barton realistically will not be dropped, but meet us fans half way & at least take the arm band off him for F*cks sake. |

You wonder don't you why people who spend millions stand there with a blindfold on and don't do their homework. That's an insightful post and although I havent been a follower of SWP before he came here I do remember noticing that I didn't see many games when he played well but a LOT of games when he played just like that link suggests. Am I missing, are we missing something obvious that those who have spent the millions can see that we cant? I like mysteries! |

I still don't want to boo him though and I will still support him when he wears our shirt. I hope I never have to face the nightmare scenario where we sell him and he plays a blinder against us.
