Now we have a team. problem is right back. Oh I would give an arm and a leg and an eye for Kyle Walker. Agree with you about right back, I've noticed that most of the goals we concede are either created or scored from that side of the pitch. Also Luke Young gives the ball away to many times from easy passes that go astray. That is my only moan from yesterday. |

On a different note, the bloke who sits behind me had his son as a mascot yesterday. I was shocked to hear that this costs nothing (all members of Junior R's & picked at random by the club) & that even the official photos etc. are free to the family. Yet another reason to be proud of being Queens Park Rangers. I think that is new, I know it did cost decent money for the mascot package. For some inexplicable reason, Young has a tendancy to drift into the middle leaving large swathes of turf where he should be. Perhaps Mackie gets in on that side because of his workrate but he cannot possibly track back every time the opposition attacks! I think Young is a solid steady player but perhaps he has little faith in the centre pairing and after bothe their mistakes yesterday, he could be right! ;D |

Was that really a Rangers crowd yesterday? A standing ovation after a defeat? I remember many a day that Rangers were booed off for only managing to draw at home! That performance is right up there amongst the best I have ever seen from Queens Park Rangers. Am still feeling a touch disappointed (who would have thought that possible from losing to City) but so PROUD of my team. Proud as punch tinged with a wee bit of frustration of the fact we deserved more out of that game than City. Fair play to them 3 absolutely clinical finishes is why you pay £40m for players. As mentioned above if we can perform to those levels on a more regular basis we will smash teams this season. Ricroc do you know what happened to Adel? All will come out soon no doubt. For obvious reasons I'm saying nothing. |

Hogan junior ( yes he does exist and is very real) was mascot last season via this avenue. The rest of the mascots have to pay what is i believe in the region of £500 per child. |

Yes Zed it was a great day all round. Junior strutted his stuff on the pitch kicking the ball about with his heroes and got his pictures taken, got himself on the TV, he had told all his mates and family about it prior, so as many as could came to the game and rest watched it on Sky, and ofcourse we won the game to cap it all off.
I saw super Stevie Claridge on pitchside before kick off and had a brief word and told him what i thought of his views on the Championship and QPR in particular.
Who knows perhaps his name will picked out of the hat again this season!

We played a blinder, the best team lost. i am so proud of my team, i have never seen us play that well in a long time, our passing was great, we spread the ball, we were creative, skillful and did not miss Adel..
Sometimes when watching, i could not believe it my Rangers, so proud and yes i hate when we lose it ruins my w/e but i have taken so much positives from that game.. unbelievable performance...

I recorded it too, sadly its now on the old sky box, i did an upgrade shortly after and now i cant view it withought having to swap boxes etc, what a hassle.

I have got to tell you i did not think HH would get many games this year but the way he was literally head and shoulders above the rest reminded me of Les.
Really pleased for Bothroyd as well, he deserved that, he can only get better.
