Rory, what exactly did he say when Paladini was mentioned at the end? I didn't quite catch it He was asked whether Flavio, Bernie or Gianni had any stake in the club and he replied "no, it is just me and Tony"

Something that needs urgent clarification before we all crack open the champagne I'm sure you will agree ?

They may want to get their feet under the table before moving him on...
Maybe in a few weeks, he'll just disappear from the QPR Masthead/staff without any comment - as other QPR staff has "disappeared" from QPR
And bottom line: He's peripheral; not central.

He was "peripheral" last season & almost got us thrown out of the league. If you want to beat Cancer, you have to remove it all.

Klr: Do I think and hope that Mr. Paladini will shortly be tending "Pastures New?" Of course I do.
And not arguing with your assessment.
Just that the MACRO issue is that Briatore/Ecclestone has been replaced by Fernandes and Bhatia.
Whether Paladini stays or goes obviously matters (and of course matters to the Paladini boys) but it's not THE issue.
And if he stays, people are going to start wondering "Why do we need this extra expense? What function does he fulfill that others can't do better (or cheaper).

Just watched the QPR Player interview with him at his own house. At the beginning you see him posing with the new home kit and you see the top of the new orange away kit. The interview shows how nice this guy is. He said that with his airline he turns up and helps people carry bags and talks to all his customers, which he wants to do with us fans.
