Is testimony at these hearings under oath? Are there any penalties if things said are not exactly, 100%....?

I didn't realize the Hearing would go on...
Suppose they can't come to a conclusion on Friday? Since when has a court case had a "Decide by" some arbitrary deadline...You hold the hearing for as long as you need...You ponder and discuss for as long as it takes....
(Obviously I'm aware this is not a court case. But the same principle, I'd say)

prob only need a day or so to decide. then add a day or so to sit eating sushi and drinking fat mugs of tea.

SSN are showing their bias this morning, picked out part of what Andrew Dixon was saying and continually showing the bit where he says if found guilty will most likely be put into the playoffs. Why not show the full interview which is more expansive and subjective? Just in case you think I'm misguided in my bias comment, they have mark Palios on in the next hour!!!!!

If crime is proven, it must be punished. That's common sense. Logic. But above all - that's justice. How is that not prejudicial?... When the story exists on paper that does not mean it necessarily exists in real life. If you believe it does - that's your belief. But it's closer to prejudice than an opinion expressed above. I agree that if a "crime is proven" it must be punished, however this is a hearing not a lawcourt and there is no documented punishment, if a "crime" is indeed proven. Not sure I follow your second sentence, as I already said, the story exists, therefore it is real. I did not imagine it. I was only commenting on the Sun story, not the case itself. Even if the punishment system isn't formally documented, speaking about possible (not definite) seriousness of measures is not an act of influencing the outcome of a hearing. It's an explanation of basic principles of actions and possible consequences. It's The Sun that have escalated this matter, not the FA. IF [sic] anything, it was a mistake to talk to the paper, not a crime. I know it may feel comforting to find a loophole in all this mess, but it doesn't make a strong case. You feel different. That's fine. P.s. There's a difference between: the story exists = The Sun have written that X said Y and: the story exists = X said Y. But I guess there was simply a linguistic/semiotic misunderstanding between us.

Has anyone done the maths on points we won this season prior to resigning Faurlin and that Faurlin played in? If found guilty and docked points (which I don't think we will), could be logical to deduct those points won when he played.

I went to college with a guy who won the national spam cooking award. He had to cook a three course meal which included spam - I'd hate to think what the dessert meal tasted like.

Oh SPAM(tm)! Oh SPAM(tm)! Gourmet delight! My food by day, my dreams by night. To carve, to slice, to dice you up - pureed in a blender and sipped from a cup. What shining deity from Olympus knelt down to the earth and hog butt smelt? Creating then man's eternal desire for swine entrails congealed by fire. On some corporate farm, a pig has died. Eyes, tongue, and snout end up inside that cube of SPAM(tm) hidden in the can I now hold in my trembling hand. More than mere food, SPAM(tm) is for me a hedonistic expression of gluttonous glee. Mottled with pork fat, the pink cube engrosses. My mouth takes it in, my intestine disposes. Long have my arteries clogged to the sound of sizzling SPAM(tm) when there's no one around - furtively chewing or swallowing whole. Triple bypass by forty, my medical goal. Other processed meat products I've tried or declined Vienna Sausages, Treet, even pig's feet in brine. Though each may be tasty in different ways, none matches SPAM(tm) for gelatinous glaze. That glistening pinkness beckons me with gristle, fat, and BHT. Oh SPAM(tm), my SPAM(tm) - the taste, the smell! The sacred meat product, from Hormel. Nicked from - www.unwind.com/jokes-funnies/miscjokes/spam.shtml
