Rangers started the season playing at the Royal Agricultural Society Ground at Park Royal which had a ground capacity of 40,000. They moved to the Park Royal Stadium, built by The Great Western Railway Company. Opened in November 1907, held 60,000 including 9,000 under cover 4,000 seated and had it's own train station.

Rangers finished the season as champions with 21 wins, 9 draws, & 8 defeats with 82 goals for & 57 against with a total of 51 pts, two points ahead of Plymouth Argyle. Top joint scorers were Albert Walker 16 goals from 30 games & Alf Gittens 16 goals from 39 games.
