Do they have air conditioning on Mars, for our new domed stadium.

i am always a bit suspicious but am a realist too. answer this someone because i am very confused. if something landed on earth you would see a shadow of the object at the place it is landing .
so why on mars is the shadow of the landing across the whole of the planet when it is about to land , correct me if im wrong but they touch down seconds later and yet the shadow covered the whole planet.
lol now unless its the size of an egg and lets be honest now mars is supposed to be big it looks a little suspect if you ask me.

You think maybe they are in New Mexico and its all a hoax?? Made a mistake on my post, its too cold so wont need air-con, just a well heated domed stadium. See, Red Planet, hot!. No silly, didnt you go to school ( I talk to myself).
Our planet is too hot. This summer has been in 90s and 100s which fries my brain and makes my posts a bit silly.

Conspiracy theories eh!! Didnt they run a documentary on the false moon landing some time ago and had people believing in it?
There is another 'let me ask you this' approach for both Mars and the Moon. Besides NASA there were a lot of people tracking the moonshots and the mars journeys. Besides Russia and China (who may have had a smile to themselves if they failed) there were thousands of amateur astronomers across the globe with telescopes big enough to pick out both journeys (especially the moonshot). Let me ask you this - did the CIA contact all those thousands of amateurs and Russia and China and ask them not to breathe a word of it?

lol i didnt say it didnt happen i said i am suspicious because explain to me how a planet the size of that when a ship lands on it and just about to land on it i may had can cast a shadow across the whole face of the planet. if a ship landed in my garden it would not cast a shadow across the whole of earth would it.
it is strange.

I dont know tom. There was something about the camera having its lenscap on whilst landing (intentionally so as not to damage the lens) which distorted and darkened everything but I am no expert and readily hold my hands up to that.

I'm willing to unequivocally state that I unequivocally believe that NASA has landed Curiosity on MARS...That a man has landed on the moon.

"I didn't say it didn't happen" and then you go on to say why it didn't happen.
My brains are leaking out of my ears and now dribbling down my body onto the floor.
In any case, not that it matters, as alfaranger stated the Curiousity had a protective lens cap on to protect the camera from dust and other particles during the landing and initial operations. It will be coming off at some point.
If the picture of a shadow came from, say, the satellite picture they have of the craft parachuting its way down to Mars then you might be able to don your tin foil hat and sit under the cupboard, but there is nothing to see here.

Colour landscape photos should be received within 7-14 days.
For Maude - part of this mission is to try and locate some of the footballs that are there as a result of Ernie Howe clearing the ball from around our box. Keep checking this thread to see if they find any, though I doubt that they will as it's my theory that those balls now make up one of Saturn's rings. I'll keep you updated.

Its clearly a fabrication, who is holding the ABC loans logo in the corner for starters, I would have been a bit more subtle than that! come on NASA you have to get up pretty early in the morning to catch old blocky out.

That's easy, they just won't go to bed.
I saw a bloke on the BBC the other day who takes his old C64 around schools to show kids how home computers and games used to be. Made me think of you!
