I know Nico has to make a living but sometimes there are things that are indefencable and what happened at City are one of those such occassions.

And did a good job. Shame Joey has so much video footage showing him clearing trying to headbutt the City Captain....unless he suffers from some sort of neck spasms that only occur when under duress and he is inches from the other guys head.

Now, Lone, you see you have calmly and coolly handed him a wonderful defence so it is your fault if he gets away with that one! I don't know, some people................ ;D

I notice how it says representing and not defending!
Shame they can't blame it on a mythical Argentinean secretary this time.
This is a damage limitation job for DeMarco more than anything else.
CPR - they should call you as a witness!

Marky, trust me, I could convince them he did nothing wrong. How was targetted by cheating foreigners because of his reputation. In fact, once finished the FA would be charging four citeh players with incitement! lol ;D

Hopefully the bans extended to a season long ban due to frivolous interference by the defendant's counsel.

www.footylatest.com/more-twitter-abuse-expected-as-another-pundit-lays-into-joey-barton/28258More twitter abuse expected as another pundit lays into Joey Barton QPR captain Joey Barton is looking at a lengthy ban at the start of next season, as the FA have charged him with two counts of violent behaviour relating to Sergio Aguero and Vincent Kompany. Barton has until 6 p.m. today to answer the FA but we all saw the footage and he will almost certainly be heavily punished. After Barton hit out at Alan Shearer’s criticism on Match of the Day via his Twitter page, Talksport’s Andy Gray has added his thoughts to the ongoing saga. Gray said Yeaterday “Joey Barton is a lucky boy that QPR didn’t go down otherwise he would be suffering the wrath of the QPR fans today…Mark Hughes should get rid of him and he will get rid. You cannot have that. When one of the lads said get one of their players sent off and even it up, he actually went out and cynically tried to do that. He goes and clubs Aguero who has got his back to him. Real brave Joey. Remember this is the Joey Barton who collapsed in a heap at Newcastle when he was playing against Arsenal when nobody touched him.” Gray can probably expect some abuse via Barton’s Twitter page now. Shearer’s criticism of Barton led the player to write “I have a better hair (which is not hard), wear well better shirts on TV, and have a personality (something u lack).I really don’t like that p***k, in fact I honestly despise him….selfish, boring man him, he can do one.” So prepare for some abuse Andy.

(No mention of Nico) MAIL Barton to contest potential 12-match ban for red card at Man City in person By SAMI MOKBEL PUBLISHED: 16:08 EST, 22 May 2012 | UPDATED: 16:08 EST, 22 May 2012 Comments (0) Share Joey Barton will make a personal plea to the FA on Wednesday as he fights the prospect of a 12-match suspension. The Queens Park Rangers midfielder is expected to attend his FA hearing - together with personal lawyer Mel Stein - on Wednesday afternoon. Red mist: Barton points the finger at Carlos Tevez on the last day of the season Barton arrived back in England on Monday after a family holiday in Portugal. The controversial Rangers man is facing a minimum eight-game ban after being sent off for elbowing Carlos Tevez, kicking out at Sergio Aguero and aiming a butt at Vincent Kompany in Manchester City’s title clinching win over QPR earlier this month. Double whammy: Barton floors Sergio Aguero Barton has accepted the violent conduct charge relating to the Aguero offence but has pleaded not guilty to butting Kompany. QPR last week confirmed they have launched an internal investigation into Barton’s tantrum at the Etihad Stadium after manager Mark Hughes and other officials at the club held a meeting during which they discussed the troubled player’s future. www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2148372/Joey-Barton-contest-ban-person.html#ixzz1vdmC7X00

Have to be twitter abuse, I bet he wouldn't abuse Gray to his face. It would probably be Gray's dream for Barton to hit him for the attention if it got him in the papers. Two tired, boring personalities who's stock are sinking with the general public, desperate to build a cosy nest egg out of controversy.

it looks like a lost cause to me but hey I bet the pay will be good at the end of it. Look if Nico can convince the team to look at Tevez's action in that incident and results in him being hit by aban then that will be great - but truth be said even that isn't going to happen.
Of course if Nico is there to get Barton's potential ban to be extended and convionce the club that we have grounds to fire this prick on the spot for the damage he did to QPR then I'm all for it. The sooner this idiot is moved out of QPR the better. I am fed up to the back teeth with his pathetic antics - he simply isn't worth the hassles.
Finally I have always associated Twitter with teenage kids, bimbos and bubbleheads with hardly a brain cell in their skull. Isn't it sad that every second person associated with English football seesm to have access to this waste of space? Here you have grown adults - many married with kids - all acting like 5 year olds, trying to prove that their dick is bigger and better than the others. It's just plain pathetic.
Maybe Marco should go for a motion to ban that as well. Christ I would support him there - it will go along way for football to restore its dignity.
