Sounds like no more announcements today

AJ & Nelsen both trending. Been a thoroughly productive first day back in the office. Roll on tomorrow ... maybe some more good news! #QPR

Well we COULD have 125 man squad. 25 in the actual squad...A few on loan...And the rest, Vine and Borrowdale could be hired as tour guides to show them the best places to rest up while on a QPR contract.

Well Adam Hulme tweeted earlier that there will be more good news tomorrow so I reckon that could be Green.

So it's meaningless drivel that should be ignored as it's not official then. As Mr Beard told us quite categorically.

Well seeing as though Adam mentioned no names and he's the one that probably did the interview he will know when stuff is going to be made official. He didn't even say it would be a new signing, it could be ticket prices.

Are we expecting any news re: Diakite? He is not down as loan on the official site (unlike Taiwo).

Then again, I guess Macheda is still in the squad list *sigh*

Don't care who they are, if they work for the club it should come through official sources, as Mr Beard stated and not little or large teasers or indeed announcements from personal twatter accounts.

Tell you what, I would be mightilly peeved if I was payting for the club text alert service only for news to go out to the world via twitter before reaching my phone!!! >:(

Whatever is stated and whatever is intended, I would think that many assume that the QPR related tweets and retweets and responses by Adam and Ian are them wearing their club employee hats. (And obviously the club wants them to tweet)

Throwing a Paddy: QPR selling keeper to Leeds and old boss Warnock

Veteran boss on the brink of signing stopper for the fourth time after previously taking him to Bury, Sheffield United and the west Londoners

Leeds are set to clinch the £500,000 capture of QPR goalkeeper Paddy Kenny within the next 24 hours.

The deal will reunite Kenny with United boss Neil Warnock, who has already signed him while in charge at Bury, Sheffield United and the Hoops.

Kenny has been told he can go by Warnock's QPR successor Mark Hughes, who is bringing in England's Robert Green as his new first choice, and the experienced keeper does want to play for Warnock again at the Championship heavyweights.

Leeds' second-tier rivals Ipswich and Bristol City are also keen on Kenny, but he is expected to rejoin Warnock, who has been given funds to make some summer moves after a meeting with supremo Ken Bates.

Chelsea worship Moses: Blues out to beat QPR to £10m Wigan ace

Successful swoop for the ex-Crystal Palace winger could lead to the end of Sturridge's Stamford Bridge career

Chelsea are ready to make a shock £10million swoop for Wigan star Victor Moses.

The talented former Crystal Palace winger – currently on international duty with Nigeria – was a major reason why Roberto Martinez’s side beat the drop last season.

But he refuses to sign a new deal at the DW Stadium and Chelsea are ready to step in for Moses, ahead of west London rivals QPR.

Moses is a favourite of Chelsea’s top talent spotter, Michael Emenalo - a fellow Nigerian and the main man behind the new recruits for the Double winners.

Latics boss Martinez does not want to lose his talisman, but chairman Dave Whelan has admitted that a big offer will be hard to resist.

The signing of Moses would probably mean the end for Daniel Sturridge, who has fallen out of favour under Roberto Di Matteo.

I don't think Moses is worth £10m.

Not enough end product from him to justify that amount of money, in my opinion. Not sure he's ready for the step up to that next level with Chelsea either. He's decent but I think he still has improvement to make. Mind you, take him away from Wigan and they are really in trouble.

Nice news

Dave McIntyre/West London Sport

Hill set to sign new QPR contract

Clint Hill is set to sign a new contract at QPR.

The defender, whose current deal expires this summer, is expected to put pen to paper later today.

Hill, 33, had indicated that he would stay at Loftus Road despite interest from a number of Championship clubs, including Leeds.

He played under Leeds boss Neil Warnock for Crystal Palace and at QPR, where he ended last season as the club’s player of the year.

It has been a remarkable turnaround for the Liverpudlian, who told West London Sport in February that he was resigned to being shown the door.

Warnock’s successor Mark Hughes was keen for Hill to stay but is reluctant to allow members of his 25-man Premier League squad to leave on loan even if they are not getting first-team football.

That left Hill with a decision to make ahead of yet another influx of players.
