Ah here...What a guy. Great signing. At least Barton has spoken out against Homophobia GUARDIAN
West Ham signing Ravel Morrison in homophobic Twitter threat
• January acquisition makes homophobic tweet that is deleted • FA gives player until Monday evening to explain his commentThe former Manchester United midfielder Ravel Morrison has caused controversy after posting a homophobic threat on Twitter. After being provoked on the networking site, West Ham United's January signing tweeted: "Crack head? Go suck out u little f***** your a guy that talks if u see me you try slap me I'm in manchester every week." The tweet was later deleted. West Ham said the FA had contacted the player to ask him to explain the comment, a club statement reading: "Ravel and the club will cooperate fully with the FA's request and have until Monday evening to respond." A spokesman for the Justin Campaign, which aims to tackle homophobia in football, said: "It's disappointing to hear that yet another professional footballer in England has used homophobic language." The 19-year-old has seen his career blighted by a number of incidents including charges of witness intimidation and an altercation with his girlfriend. Morrison had been hailed as the greatest youth talent to emerge at Old Trafford since Paul Scholes but joined the Hammers for a fee thought to be in the region of £1m, rising to £2m, on transfer deadline day after the manager Sir Alex Ferguson reportedly ran out of patience with his behaviour. www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/feb/08/west-ham-ravel-morrison-homophobic-twitter

And in more detail GUARDIAN/David Hytner West Ham signing Ravel Morrison in alleged homophobic Twitter threat • January acquisition makes alleged homophobic tweet • FA gives player until Monday evening to explain his comment Ravel Morrison may have started a new chapter of his career at West Ham United but the teenage midfielder, whose career has been synonymous with off-field controversy, has landed himself in fresh bother after posting an alleged homophobic threat on Twitter. The 19-year-old, who left Manchester United for Upton Park on the final day of the January transfer window, has been asked by the Football Association to explain himself after he was provoked on the social networking site to hit out in the strongest terms. His message will not win any punctuation prizes but it conveyed plenty of menace and has given him his place in the pantheon of players to have sparked Twitter storms. "Crack head?" he wrote. "Go suck out u little f***** your a guy that talks if u see me you try slap me I'm in manchester every week." The tweet was later deleted. Morrison feels like the highest-profile player never to have started a professional game. His precocious talent saw him compared at Old Trafford to a young Paul Scholes and every effort was made at United to maximise his potential but trouble has followed him. There have been charges of witness intimidation and an altercation with his girlfriend and, when Sir Alex Ferguson lost patience with him, his sale was sanctioned. Ferguson's old friend Sam Allardyce took the punt on him at West Ham, paying an initial £650,000 – the eventual fee could reach £2m – but if London's bright lights felt dangerous, it has been cyberspace that has tripped Morrison up. The FA has written to the player, via West Ham, to ascertain his version of events and he has until Monday evening to respond. "Ravel and the club will co-operate fully with the FA's request," West Ham said in a statement. The FA recently wrote to clubs to offer pointers to their employees on how best to use Twitter and also to remind them of the pitfalls. Most players are aware that their comments will reach a bewilderingly wide audience and anything which oversteps the line will find its way to the governing body. But this has not stopped some of them tweeting their way to FA charges. The FA cannot speculate on whether Morrison will face sanctions until it has considered his observations. A spokesman for the Justin Campaign, which aims to tackle homophobia in football, said: "It's disappointing to hear that yet another professional footballer in England has used homophobic language." Morrison has not yet played for West Ham and his career, to date, totals three appearances as a Carling Cup substitute for United. "Ravel is a talented lad and if he really wants to be a player then we will help him as much as we can along the way," Allardyce said, after securing Morrison's signature. "Perhaps a change of environment will be beneficial to him and help him make that step up to first-team football quicker than perhaps would have been the case at Manchester United. There is no doubt he has exceptional talent." www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/feb/08/west-ham-ravel-morrison-homophobic-twitter

West Ham’s Morrison charged by FA over homophobic slur
West Ham midfielder Ravel Morrison faces disciplinary action by the Football Association after being charged with an alleged homophobic comment posted on Twitter.
Morrison, who joined West Ham from Manchester United in the January transfer window, is alleged to have made the remark during an exchange with another user on the micro-blogging site.
The FA had initially contacted the 19-year-old last week for his comments on the allegation before deciding to formally charge him.
"West Ham United's Ravel Morrison has been charged under FA Rule E3 for use of abusive and/or insulting words including a reference to a person's sexual orientation," the FA said in a statement.
Morrison was widely regarded as one of the most talented youngsters ever to be unearthed by Manchester United, but was sold by the English champions amid ongoing off-the-field problems

So are they implying that "Go suck out u little f*****" is homophobic? I think that the Blogger is being totaly misunderstood. What I think he was saying was " Go suck out ball of chopped liver bound with herbs and bread" Being a person of class, when dining out I like to have a f***** as an entree. In the US a fagot.
