Sky Sousa in Hungarian link Portuguese linked with Hungarian champions By Pete O'Rourke - . Former Swansea and Leicester boss Paulo Sousa could be set for a return to management with Hungarian side Videoton FC Fehervar. Videoton have just been crowned Hungarian champions for the first time and they are considering a move for Portuguese tactician Sousa. Sousa has been out of work since leaving Leicester last October after just three months in charge at the Walkers Stadium. The 40-year-old enjoyed his most success in charge of Swansea after an ill-fated spell in charge of Queens Park Rangers. Videoton are keen to bring in a high-profile name to take charge of them for next season and Sousa is now thought to be weighing up the offer to move to Hungary. www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11711_6929143,00.html

UEFA Paulo Sousa appointed Videoton coach Published: Sunday 15 May 2011, 19.52CET Former Portugal international Paulo Sousa will coach recently crowned Hungarian champions Videoton FC next season after being appointed to replace György Mezey in the summer Former Portugal midfielder Paulo Sousa will take over the coaching reins of recently crowned Hungarian champions Videoton FC next season. The Szekesfehervar outfit secured their maiden championship crown on Wednesday but will replace current coach György Mezey at the end of the campaign, with the prospect of UEFA Champions League qualifying lying in wait for Sousa next term. "I've taken note of this decision and wish the club all the best," said Mezey. "I'm proud of what I've done but I couldn't continue to realise my plans to make the club successful in Europe." Mezey will see out Videoton's remaining fixtures this season, including Tuesday's Hungarian Cup final against Kecskeméti TE, before Sousa begins a three-year stint in June. Aged 40, the former SL Benfica, Juventus and Borussia Dortmund player has previous coaching experience from brief spells with Queens Park Rangers FC, Swansea City FC and Leicester City FC. www.uefa.com/memberassociations/association=hun/news/newsid=1631464.html

Obviously we have - in the parlance "Moved on (and moved on upwards) but the shame - of what was done to Sousa by QPR...and how it was done and who was involved remains, exactly that: A shameful way of acting. And for any QPR fan to have been involved in any way, remains a disgusting incident. Will be very interesting to see how he does away from the English Championship (and whether he'll be given time, etc)
