To Contribute to QPR Ladies, go to www.justgiving.com/qprladiesAppeal from Kevin McGrath Don`t forget QPR Ladies FC ! After a six year absence, QPR Ladies FC have enjoyed 2 seasons in the FA Women's Premier League. During this time QPR Ladies have expanded their teams to include a Reserve Team who play in the FA Women's Premier Reserve League. QPR Ladies have their own bank account and are self-funded relying on players subscriptions and funding from the Ladies Team staff to run the teams and the finance the costs associated with this. The Ladies Team is headed up by Martino Chevannes who is also a full time member and Manager of QPR in the Community Trust. To further improve and establish QPR Ladies and have a continuing development pathway for our younger players we would like to offer them the chance of a pre season training camp in summer 2011. Please see: www.justgiving.com/qprladiesAll proceeds from this page will be donated by QPR in the Community Trust to QPR Ladies separate bank account to assist them in increasing and improving female participation in sport. Many thanks for your kind generosity and please forward this email to likeminded QPR fans. Regards Kevin Chair QPR Ladies FC

The ladies section gets enough financial self help and a pity it doenst work itself down to the reserves and 3rd team.
Its like the 1st team traveling by executive coach while the other teams have to use public transport.
QPR ladies has a poor reputation in womens football for its unprofessionalism, underhandness and treatment of players.
if you dont believe me ask around.

Harsh words.
I have absolutely no knowledge about QPR Ladies other than what I've seen from their site and the fact that some worthy people support them....
But if anyone else has any views either way...
For those who want to contribute to those other QPR teams you mentioned, is there any way of contribution there?

I dont think so the money goes to the first team manager and doesnt get filtered down.
I guess contact the reserve managers in person.
For many seasons the lower teams have played in old strips and I do mean old strips.

All QPR Ladies staff are volunteers and give a great deal of their time to the team. The teams are dependent on self funding. The players pay subs and their own travel costs etc. The QPR Ladies do a great job pro ting women's and girls football and the good name of QPR. Any support anyone can give would be greatly appreciated. Kevin. Chair

Its a train wreck of an organisation.
I have been asked to speak for a lot of peolple about this, Rangers fans and non rangers fans, because I have an account.
It is an insult to ask QPR fans, again its an insult to ask QPR fans, to donate money to an organisation whos current management constantly embarass and drag the clubs name in the dirt.
A self serving set up with only contempt for the football club and dont have an ounce of feeling running through their veins for the football club we follow.
Aside Kevin its your money but also your conscience.
If you want to give money give it to the tiger cubs.

Harsh words indeed I'm guessing whoever you speak to has or had an axe to grind with the Ladies Team, remember there are always two sides to every story.
As Kevin said all the people involved are volunteers and dedicate a lot of time.
However I will agree that supporting the Tiger Cubs is a great gesture as well.

Like the Ladies team wearing kit from 2007/8 and then the new kits and training wear being sold out the back of a car by a QPR staff member in the car park at the Brookhouse.
What people often fail to realise is QPR is a family centered community around West London and it gets around what is going on, right or wrong. As I said it doesnt get much credence because its the Ladies section.
Kevin and Just, 1st post, (here comes the spin), ask around in the local community, ask anyone who has come in contact or worked or played in the organisation.
Again an insult to ask Rangers fans to give to this organisation when so, so often it drags the name of QPR down in the dirt.
Great and proud to have a QPR Ladies team, wrong people running and involved in it.
Shame the club have bigger fish to fry and wont ask a few questions.
Harsh or the truth?

Can any of the ladies coroborate this - Not using their real names to protect them from any future back lashes. Although the mods would like to know so as to give it some credibilty. Otherwise some fakes are likely to appear.
