I don't want you (QPR Report, sorry, I'm not sure of your name) to take this personally because I think you do a great job keeping everyone up to date with Rangers news stories.
However I do think you start too many threads on this board meaning that threads rarely get the chance to develop beyond a couple of posts because once they reach the wasteland of page 2 and beyond they are virtually never resurrected.

Fair criticism Camel (I always appreciate board feedback)
I'll have to think how to change
I once tried having two boards - Grumpoldman suggested - One for news/one for comment, but felt that divided...
So I guess ultimately it's up to me, to post less: Or post differnt subjects in one thread...I will think and listen for other feedback
But thanks again
Agree or disagree. Take advice or not. Obviously I'm interested in peoples' views
Name is Mike

Interested what others think.

Camel, First off please ignore Weavie the village idiot. Your input is gratefully appreciated and I think you make a very good point. I think it's something we need to look at. Merging threads may help. What does everyone else think?

Camel raises an excellent point. Once or twice I've felt that a discussion I was having was ended abruptly as the thread tumbled off front page. I've tried to think of a way of dealing with this and the only thing I can come up with, apart from keeping the number of threads down, is offering sort of like a 'sticky service' where when there is a thread that posters want to keep going and not have it fall of the first page, posters can either PM a mod or simply request on the thread to have it stickied for a reasonable length of time (1 week?). Howzat? And thanks for the input Camel, much appreciated.

Camel, Been telling him that since the board started, he can't help himself though! What we actually need are longer pages but I assume that is a restriction of the site. The good thing is, these days, a few other people do get the chance to start a thread!!! JOKING! ;D

Sorry, can I just add, I personally hate multiple boards on the same site.
I thank you.

Well it may take getting used to (for me)...But certainly I (and others) can try to post all non-QPR stories in one thread - which will start new each day...That would certainly cut out a number... And for minor QPR/ex-QPR guess could try to have in one daily thread

Then we will have to appoint a minister of correct posting. As they say in AA. Keep it simple sucker.

Personally i like having only only board, its less confusing and nothing gets missed.
I also like the fact that if i post something someone else did a week last tuesday people dont start all this 'spackman' crap!
I also like the relaxed attitude of posters here, ok some have strong views on one or two individuals but they put their points across well, in english that is not txt speak.
I like the fact that unlike a certain site, people who run this site do not talk down to a poster, their view is just that, its their view, they are not necessarily any more right or wrong than any other contributor on this site.

obviously! The time strong words are used here on this board is when people are talking about Paladini generally.

Is it too hard to go back a page or three to see what others might have said in response to a post? you can the reply and bring the topic back to the fore. MB's globally operate this way. A bummer when you have been away for a week and have to surf back a whole bunch of pages but that is life.

I would say that Mr Camel has a point, but it's one of the things I like about this board, it seems a bit chaotic, and with the best will in the world, you can't be on top of everything, and that's probably a good thing. (Mr Report excepted of course, he's over everything like the proverbail rash!!)

Ok I started at least the non-QPR in one thread (and at least hopefully people will try to keep it - unless there's a major story...)
