After two years tenancy of the Kensal Rise Ground, litigation arose, and and an Appeals Court decision determined the clubs lease. F. R. Eagle was able to secure another ground at the rear of St Quintin Avenue, Latimer Rd for the season. By the end of the season a deal had been negotiated for the club to return to the Kensal Rise ground

From 1900–1905 The Latimer Arms was used as a changing room by the Rangers players who then walked from there to their ground nearby in St Quintin Avenue.
