Guess the day that Briatore Departs QPR. The Quiz Question: Guess The Date That Briatore Departs QPR? (The determining date in question will be the day it's actually announced that Briatore has actually sold his shares/resigned as Chairman) Edit: I think to clarify: If the club announces on its official site, that Briatore has actually resigned and that the shares are for sale. The resignation date is the one that counts. If on the other hand the club announces that he WILL resign after selling shares, the date of the official sale of shares/official actual resignation is the one that counts] Post the Date (If don't categorically say, will assume the date given is for 2010). The Winner is the person nearest to the actual date THE PRIZE: One donated, signed-by-Nico De Marco copy of his recently-published photo book: Nico De Marco "CUBANS" (Or as I like to term it - and Nico obviously would not - : Photos of the poor Cuban people living under the Brutal Oppressive boot of a Communist Dictatorship " Nico De Marco "CUBANS" Book Details - www.blurb.com/bookstore/detail/871843- Many thanks to Nico for donating and signing his book [I'll be the final arbiter about a winner. And even if I'm wrong, my decision is final. I obviously won't be taking part in the competition.] At some point, obviously have to close this competition. I'll let you know when (when someone has suggested when)

May 31st, at about 5:30pm. Shortly after we've lost in the play-off final. To Notts Forest. On penalties. Guess who scores the winning one, after a certain somebody else saves the previous one

Haven't decided on a deadline for this competition...But if I have failed to post a deadline, before it actually happens: The deadline to enter will have been 12.01am, two days prior to any announcement on our Official Site.

I've flicked through that book online. He does take a decent photo. Despite what some of us may think with his connection to QPR etc, I have always enjoyed looking at his photographic work.
And Finney, I have not seen your photo anywhere. Oh no, that was CCTV wasn't it!

Ah hello I am still in the Philippines, holiday plus more photography, but keeping up with the strange goings on at HQ thanks to Mike's site. I shall be back next week, so hopefully still in time for D-day... Thanks for the kind comments about the photos. Whilst I was away I was contacted by a prestigious international photography magazine who are going to publish a portfolio about the book and my photography in their next edition, which naturally delighted me. I shall let you know the details when they publish. Now back to the hot sun, photos and San Miguel beers for about 20p a bottle

I will go for 15th March. That is the day another Roman emperor met his demise. Beware Maximus Flavio, the Ides of March is near.

...Today, that is 16th of February, the day we (Lithuanians) celebrate our (first) Independence Day. It'd be nice to share this day with QPR, a club that will liberate itself from the "embarrassing blue-spectacled disco-dancing smoothie pensioner"...
