Someone's seems to have an equal eye both for managerial ability and player ability Blackpool Gazette Holloway rules out Burnley Move 08 January 2010 By Steve Canavan IAN Holloway has announced he is not the slightest bit interested in the Burnley job, should the Clarets come calling. Holloway has been linked with the soon-to-be vacant manager's post at Turf Moor in some national newspapers. But in a statement that will delight Seasiders fans, the Pool boss said: "It is very flattering but I am not going anywhere. "I am more than happy and I am afraid the chairman will need a hell of a tub of cream to get rid of me – I'm like a bad rash and not easily curable. "I am thoroughly enjoying my work. I have a contract here that suited the club and myself, and I fully intend to work that all the way through and finish what I'm trying to start here. "Hopefully people will like it and I can stay here a long time because they might want to offer me a new (contract). "I am absolutely delighted and very privileged to be at this football club. "I don't think I've ever enjoyed my football as much as I am now." www.blackpoolgazette.co.uk/sports-news/Holloway-rules-out-Burnley-move.5966228.jp
