Roy Keane to beat Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs to young strikerIpswich boss Roy Keane is out to tie up his 16-year-old strike sensation Connor Wickham on a five-year contract. Tottenham, Arsenal and Chelsea are among a batch of Premier League clubs that have been eyeing the England youth international. Wickham, who hit two goals for Ipswich in a Carling Cup win at Shrewsbury, cannot sign a full professional contract until he is 17 next March. Keane said: "I've had talks with Connor's father and I get the impression that he sees the boys future with us. I will keep working on it." Alan Quinn, Ipswich's Republic of Ireland midfield man, has described the 14stone, 6-1 inch Wickham as being: "The best 16-year-old I've ever seen."
