Hoping to help the Russian side win a place in the last 32 of the competition, Abramovich has given Spartak permission to use Chelsea's Cobham training ground to prepare for the match at White Hart Lane.
In addition to this, Chelsea's reserve team will give them a practice match on Saturday to ensure they are in the best possible shape to knock Harry Redknapp's side out of Europe.
"Blood is thicker than water," a Spartak source told the Star. "Roman is helping the Russian team as much as he can.
"We will be very well prepared for this game."
Defender Roman Shishkin said: "We must win to get into the last 32 of the Uefa Cup. We need to end the year in a positive way."
Disappointed that cup-tied Roman Pavlyuchenko will not feature in the English line up, he added: "It's a pity Roman can't play against his former team. For me it would be fun to cover him."
As it stands Tottenham will only be eliminated if they lose the match by two goals and if NEC Nijmegen beat Udinese.
