BLUES OPEN TO OFFERS FOR DUO
Gary McSheffrey could leave Blues before the window shuts.
Alex McLeish has revealed that he is willing to allow Gary McSheffrey and Marcus Bent to leave the club before the transfer window shuts at 5pm on September 1.
McSheffrey has started just three league games for Blues since the start of last season while Bent has not figured in the 18-man squad so far in this campaign.
The Blues chief admitted: "Unfortunately when you are bringing new players in you have to make some sacrifices.
"I have spoken to the players and their agents and told them that we will listen to offers for them before the window shuts.
"I anticipate one or two players might leave because we have to balance the books."
