Just before he left "with immediate effect," there were reports that he was set for Swansea. Then nothing.

Now a poster on a Swansea site, says he was listed in the programme forum.planetswans.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=55274&sid=0eaa5bc4c4c5d09de2e3ddf75ac7d561 but not announced by the club (and nothing I see on the Swansea Officail Site)

The Club can confirm the departure of Performance Manager, John Harbin.
- Harbin, who joined the R's as part of former boss Iain Dowie's backroom staff last summer, has left Rangers with immediate effect.
- The Club would like to place on the record its thanks to John and wish him all the best for the future." QPR

We've had a replacement since pre-season in place and he is very good.
