- Four Years ago... On The mark! Sky Sports - QPR set to land Italian Pellicori poised for Loftus Road moveSkysports.com understands that Queens Park Rangers are poised to sign striker Alessandro Pellicori. New manager Jim Magilton is working hard to strengthen his squad and QPR's scouting network have identified Pellicori as a key target. The 27-year-old currently plies his trade with Avellino in Serie B and has produced consistently impressive performances in recent seasons. He now looks set to head to England this summer after QPR agreed a fee with their Italian counterparts. A transfer is expected to be finalised in the near future as the club's preparations for the new Championship campaign continue www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11688_5452046,00.html

Blimey! Bolt from the blue! Where's that from? There's no tongue in cheek smiley by the way. That reminds me, where is Sandy?

to be fair, Paladini's record for signing players is better than a lot of QPR managers of the last 15 years! but i suppose he's had more money to play with.

Serious Welcome: We all know Wilkins signings. And Ray Harford did some doozies. But for the past five years, Paladini has been "somewhat" involved in QPR signings. And yes: Some good ones when had lots of money (Especially the ones made 18 months ago)... So very many.
