Lee was educated at Whitgift School in South Croydon and joined the Wimbledon academy at the age of nine. Five years later he left for Arsenal but the move didn't work out, paving the way for him to join Palace. Lee gets up and down the pitch well to support the attack and can also play at centre back. His defending has also improved since his arrival at the club and he is one of the fittest players in the squad. His first team value was underlined on January 8 2008 when he signed his first professional contract for a period of two-and-a-half years. Hills scored his first professional goal as a left winger at Bristol City the following month and came third in the Wickes Young Apprentice of the Year Award 2008, earning the academy £2,000 in the process. Maybe there's a deal: Paladini gets to buy a player; Magilton gets to buy a player!

Maybe there's a deal: Paladini gets to buy a player; Magilton gets to buy a player! No way would Paladini ever sign someone as promising as this young lad, it would be a way too progressive signing for Paladini, too straightforward / honest a deal to have his fingerprints on it. Would be a good signing for us, & a step in the right direction, dont think its going to happen, lets put it that way.

No I was giving Paladini our 28 year old Italian! (Of course maybe I'm being unfair, and these are all Magilton choices)

I've just heard about the latest Italian, not going to pass comment yet. Although on a sidenote, who can forget that absolute claptrap from last season about Dowie scouting Ledesma & some of the others ? one word, Poppycock!

Paladini's record going back to Italy: Hmmm - I think his first singing from Italy was our goalie Rossi, who played a couple of games before returning (although of course we pay out some money for him, needless to say)
