Steve Palmer = All round top Football man & Consummate Professional.
He was IMO, one of the pivotal figures in dragging us kicking & screaming out of that awful division aka "League 1"
I broke my wrist playing 5 a side, I bet that isnt as bad as doing your ankle though, Steve Palmer, top man, hope you get better soon.
