I never saw anything official. I think last week there was a passing mention (I think by IsleworthRanger on WATRB, but could be wrong, that it had been settled).

Note this was the QPR1st Statement, six months ago (And all the Boards were very condemnatory)
Statement from QPR1st Over Her Departure Sheila Marson - November 25, 2008 QPR1st are saddened and shocked to hear of the news that club secretary Sheila Marson has left the club. Sheila has been a part of Queens Park Rangers Football Club for a period spanning four decades and is very much part of our history and is widely respected up and down the country by the footballing community. She deserves the utmost respect and recognition for her work during this period and QPR1st would like to express our gratitude for everything she has done for the club. QPR1st
And this was Ben Kosky/Kilburn Times
Kilburn Times - Thanks for your help, Sheila -CLUB secretary Sheila Marson was sacked by QPR this week after more than 30 years of service at Loftus Road. - Rangers' official website stated: "The details surrounding Ms Marson's departure are confidential and therefore it would not be appropriate to make any further comment at this stage." - It's sad that the people now ruling the roost at Rangers are too mean-spirited to even offer any words of thanks for Sheila's years of loyal service. - However, the Times would like to place on record our appreciation for Sheila's help over the years. We always found her a friendly person and efficient administrator - and genuinely part of the rapidly-diminishing Queens Park Rangers 'family'. - Thank you, Sheila, and all the best for the future. I spoke to Sheila at the tail end of the season outside the ground and it was obvious from her tone and demenour that she would rather be spending Saturdays working at the club than not. To me she was still a little upset over what had transpired but a person who has a true passion for the club and compassion for the supporters enough to make her stand out at HQ would not fit in the business world that Bernie demands and so that will only cause inter office problems. Maybe she liked a messy office and dried her umbrella on the radiator. In my opnion Sheila, like (De) Sousa, is much better off out of it. Having to put up with abhorrent arrogant behaviour everyday can turn the nicest person into a nasty cynic.

So what became of her, wasn't she going after the club ?? I'm sure Sheila will keep that as a private matter between her-self and the club. From what I could make of her, she is a dignified and intelligent lady who will think that making any of that known would not be best for the club.

Has she found another job? Does she attend any games?

Has she found another job? Does she attend any games? I do not know whether or not Sheila has found another job, but the match I spoke to her at (I think it was the Plymouth but might of been the Shef Wed. game) was the first time she had been back to the stadium since her departure and the first match she had actually seen it over 20 odd years (in the past she's always been working during the matches)!

So if I understand what Nodge and others have said: Terry Springett has taken on the title/some of the functions of Club Secretary. But not all of them. And Gianni has taken on some of those other functions including some re contracts, etc...
Never was clear why the axing.
In the immediate aftermath, there was speculation she had authored the anti-Briatore email that ended up reported in the Mail. But that of course was Nico.

Geraldine was a good woman too. Sheila, both did a lot of good PR for the club then that Spiv got rid of them.

It sure seems there was quite a number of "unfortunate" things that occurred/things were that said over the past 5-6 years. Shame that there were some virtual apologists for this.
